    Using Bjurrsson's video with the Morse code, ran it through a morse code listener and got this very interresting information out of it.

    Went to the desired location (083 120) at Civil Warriors server but was a little bit to late.... 0:06pm server time and there was no signal.

    There were only 9 players online but I checked both the deerstand and the house. Found nothing.

     

    I bet there was a signal at 0:00....

     

    EDIT: Next time some servers are at 0:00pm is in 20minutes. Someone with me ? I'm in the chatroom of the steam group.

     

    12:00 pm is actually noon and not midnight.

    Excellent work! undoubtedly the "go to 0" was to be followed by more numbers, probably coordinates.

    Are you interested in joining the official investigation team on steam?

     

    I've spent the last few hours trying to decipher the morse code.

    The tragic thing if you'd stopped running my morse audio reader would have picked it up better, all  I got was rubbish

     

    If you get a transmission STOP RUNNING AND MOVING!!!!!!!!!

     

    Thats too bad. I was trying to get closer in to town to get a clearer signal without being KOS'ed by another player.

     

    But really? A morse code reader and it's that sensetive...

    NEW INFORMATION:

    The prime suspect player, ADMINDESK, is NOT responsible for the transmission!

    Go back to the first page in this thread and watch the second video. At EXACTLY 0.57 ADMINDESK disappears from the list of players, yet the broadcast continues.

    Heh, might want to take another look at those pictures, as it does say that I was on there all three times as well! Although I can assure you that I am not making those transmissions. A good heads up for anyone going on the Civil Warriors server to look for those transmissions should probably be aware that me and my friend like to frequent that server, so going off of who is on at a specific time may not be the best idea for finding a culprit.

    But that means that you are the only person thats always there(?).

    Damn, I was gonna stay away from this game for a while to see how the future patches come along. FUCK THAT NOW! I like a good mystery. I'm hunting down a radio tonight, and heading off to green mountain for some research.

     

    Is GM the only place that has a radio transmitter? Any more sites about, that could be of interest?

     

    P.S. Even if it is a fake, well done to the person for stirring things up a bit! Also, I wonder if the devs are gonna add some nice easter eggs into the game? Would make a change, and give the players other things to do.

     

    Yeah even though it's most likely fake someone should link the thread to Rocket to give him some ideas.

    So the first image is the playerlist the first time I heard the transmission.

     

    The second image is the playerlist the second time I heard the transmission.

     

    The third image is also from the second time I heard the transmission (it was still playing) just a few minutes later.

     

    Now the only name that's on all of those lists is ADMINDESK. Now I know this doesn't mean anything because they changed what name you are using for your character in the last patch but still, thought I should share it.

    still there, in server. nothing. only me an one other person in server atm.

    The fact that the broadcast faded out as they moved away (got out of range) and that this has, thus far, only been detected on 2 servers, leads me to think that this is in all likelihood a hoax.

    but im still sittin here, listening to my transmitter....lol.

    UPDATE:

    OK. Just sat in the Civil Warriors server from just after 20:00 until restart. Nothing on the transmitter. And I was pretty much sitting exactly where thrasher was in the video.

    As in thrasher's description of events, after the restart, the server was in daytime.

    At no time did I receive ANY signals, on ANY servers, during this entire play session.

    At this juncture, I am not willing to rule out the possibility of a hoax.

     

    The transmission is real, however, its probably VictorM who is putting on a show for everyone.
