    I just created an account to tell you guys this. I belive I can hear a SSTV signal throughout the beginning of the video. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slow-scan_television. So far I have failed trying to decode it, simply because I cannot get my input setup correctly. I uploaded the sound file I made to try and figure this thing out for yourselfs.
