i noticed when you log out of the server you still on the server for 30 secs for the case of "Combat logger" basically you hear someone or they see you and you just log out ,this was rife in other MODS of the game , i think people are logging out then dying losing there stuff and not knowing why maybe a zombie spawned in and killed them , maybe a player was watching them like a ninja and saw them start logging out So just went and killed them or robbed them , then the victim come in the forum making posts like ,. i lost my stuff after i logged out , when i log back in i lost all my stuff , wheres all my items gone !!! and the list goes on i think it would be much better if you actually had a log out timer on screen with a abort button , this would be fair as everyone would have one , also as you stay on the server you might as well watch , or for that guy that needs to go right then for his pizza in the oven or some other emergency he can use the Quit button , but with the same effect of staying on the server untill the counter is expired another option on the box would also be [ quit ] , so people can still quit right out if needed thanks friendly

Ok , this isnt going to effect much people but it does me , devs read all of this theres two ideas need addressing my name is friendlypilot , i have a problem , you see my name is 13 letters long so [???]friendlypilot will not fit , pretty upset :( can the devs please please just let us have 18 letters as i really want my name and a clan tag or implement a clan tag system also names that are used already shouldnt be able to be used again by someone else

i got lots of mosin ammo players are going down in one and zombies but its mainly head zeds can shoot in body

i dont pick up the crossbow or arrows because someone on this forum kills on sight crossbowmen so i avoid it lol

How about a report server function in the client. Just a button that opens a dialog that will allow the user to add a text message with why said server got reported. With the amount of posts concerning the servers that currently are present for loot farming with auto-kick scripts. I suggest that a button should be added to the game to allow the direct report of the server in the server browser. The button should open a dialog box where the user can input the reason for the report. This function should both send a report to the host and BI. If you have any further suggestions I would like to hear them. People are showing a flagrant disregard for the BIS ToS for DayZ servers

dude you not getting the point there are already a dozen servers with ... JOIN=KICK CLAN SERVER ONLY ECT why should we the community have to go through the list send emails out to all the companys when you can clearly see for yourself what the servers are called sure it takes 15 secs to email 6 companys a copy and paste after we go in game try and refind it under history and fav , if it even shows up again get the ip WRITE IT DOWN , cause no copy paste from details , not even a report button and then send a message if the server says JOIN = KICK ,,, No one from bis will do nothing , and all the locked servers lol its a Joke ANYWAY GREAT IDEA ,. ADD A REPORT BUTTON maybe talk to YOUR GSP AND GET SOMETHING DONE OR DO YOU WANT ME TO ASK THEM FOR YOU ASKING THEM WHY IN OTHER GAMES THEY HAVE REPORT BUTTONS AND NOT DAYZ???

a member of my group was killed after logging out , , im pretty sure its wide spread if we had one member lose his stuff , another died and regained his stuff , devs will sort it out , just hang in there ., dayz is going be a while to sort alpha bugs out , its the way the cookie crumbles im afraid on betas .,

so after a few weeks of wanting to play dayz and not having enough money for a decent pc i went with a intel 4960 with hd4600 intergrated graphics hoping i could play dayz downloaded it for 19.99 and hoped for the best . didnt mind donating now even if i had to wait month or two for a graphics card , my pc also has a SSD which i think helps alot in dayz so i get 50fps nice ! 25-30 with fraps recording (not really going to do alot ) but on the over hand even with the FPS it so smooth very quick cant wait for GRAPHICS CARD to see it in all its beauty but i can handle what i got to play with for now accidently put 4400 its actually 4600 graphics Uploaded a quick vid , think i got my settings nice i not going argue with 50 frames a second ill update this thread some weeks from now with a gtx 780 installed see what i get :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_59RxmXceMc&feature=youtu.be

i agree with no cars or vehicles and clans needing supplys , tshirts rags sticks axe morphine you gonna get shot at team member gets dead your walking 3 hours to meet up trapped in low loot towns trying low pop servers to travel across the map ;;;; yes we need cars in each major city to just stop this even if they only last long enough to travel half the map or so lol

finally someone with the knowledge and concept of dayz
