Thalium

Hi all Im a casual gamer and very new to Dayz like played a couple of hours new, I bought the alpha because I like the idea of the game and what it can be in time especially the idea of being a good guy and helping each other. Now i understand its an alpha and that its a survival game but i would like to see that when I spawn in new I have more than a torch. I mean if there was a zombie outbreak as one of the people who has lasted this long i think I would have more than a torch. I would like to think I would probably have a basic weapon (axe, baseball bat, lump of wood) to get me this far maybe at random you have a backpack not a big one maybe just 4 slots. I would also like to see i had maybe 1 can of food and 1 bottle of water when i start. This could even be an option between servers maybe, I feel being able to at least kill a zombie and stay alive when I spawn would be realistic if the situation was real. Im not suggesting game changing items to start no guns or anything just a help along for the casual gamer so he doesnt have to know every aspect of finding water as soon as he spawns and while stumbling around like an idiot attracting zombies he doesnt get killed straight away but it teaches him to be stealthy to not attract them later on. To accommodate both styles maybe this function could be toggled in the character defaults or by the servers any how Dayz community what do you think Cheers for reading Thalium
