As an admin can I kick or ban players for impersonating clan members/saying they're admins?

Ok,is using offensive names kickable? Just want to verify what's a kickable offence .

Running this at 2560x1440 on a gtx 780 and an i5 [email protected] and I'm getting around 60fps most of the time except when I'm in cities which drops my fps to about 40-45
