    No, I don't know, I went into this building, and heard somebody, went to cehck it out , and saw this it's fucking terrifying.

    Can somebody help me identifiing this ? Is it an NPC? I think so because it keeps looking to left and right the whole time; It is also gliched in the wall it apears it has a bag over it's head , and is making noices the whole time
