Last time I visited the shipwreck I found three of them. Didn't need a single one though. For some odd reason I don't seem to find any ammo for it.

Tips needed from those who are good at the game

I usually only visit military areas when I need something specific. Basically meaning I don't have to go there. Also when you don't visit military areas you live longer :) Last time I went for one was because I WANTED a long range scope for my mosin. -
Minigun...no no no no, but....anti-air-guns that you can attach on cars or houses. With supersupersuper rare ammo (and little of it). Then I would actually say yes to a minigun too. Still nothing portable.

One should probably get used to the situation where someone has the gun and someone else has ammo. Trading.

If you spend your time in cities...then I would wear it. I mean protection is protection. Losing two slots in cities? Who needs it. If you spend your time in the wilds...well then you probably need more strorage and camo. Also not so many people are shooting at you...specially if they can't see you. Today a person walked past me because he didn't see me. If had worn a red helmet...I don't think they would have walked past me :) -
Multitools (aka leatherman) so that IF you find one you can pretty much ditch 2-3 items that you would normally need to keep (can opener, pliers, knife). Thus saving space. Mostly meaning that GOOD equipment saves space and lasts longer. So people would have reasons to find better loot. This combined with weight...

It funny how all the things that SHOULD help end up being worse for you. I mean...they could have tested that. Yes, I know it's alpha and we are the testers, but come on! You still have to test stuff A LITTLE before you patch it for a lot of clients. Aka "Does it even work?".

Well this game surely isn't about shooting nor being a shooter, but killing stuff is. I mean whatever happens you still KILL zombies. So i'm hoping that eventually one can build/rig stuff that will kill, but won't always be a weapon. With this I mean traps etc. I mean if we get sleeping (probably not, but that's how I would like to solve the combat logging) then it would be wise to boobytrap the door at the house you are sleeping, or cave etc. But anways I'm all for improvised and keeping military gear really really rare. -
Weirdest player loot you have found

A guy with only a backpack (no clothes) and it was filled with knives, bloodpacks and a bible. I mean like ten(ish) knives, five(ish) bloodbags and the bible. Nothing else. Also this one guy came along with a yellow raincoat, rubbers boots and a axe. Nostalgic. -
So if the berries were a lie...what else was a lie?
