I think that there is nothing else to do in this "game" besides shooting people. I look at it at just another shooting game. If you stop the shooting it is just a walking simulator. Maybe when the game is complete there will be other things to do. :|

It doesn't have pistols because the game is apocalyptic. The cops took all weapons and died somewhere else later. The loot location should be 100% random.

Why would I want to cook or hunt animals right now? It is too easy to find can food. And I can play hours without eating.

KOS. The rest of your alternatives are bulshit. Focus on eating and exploring.. basically I survive. Really? Eating... that's fun if you are a retard. Explore what? There is nothing to explore. Look for action and PVP.. I become a hunter of sorts. The only action is KOS. pvp? This game is not skill related, in fact it is very buggy. Hunt what exactly??? ... Focus on helping others.. As a medic or guide or bandit hunter. Why would anyone provide medical assistance? That's dumb since it's too easy for any noob to make rags or find medkits anyway. Act the fool in what ever way I can think of. Sigh Read a Book. Sigh -
