I had a server with Vilayer for about 1 month, it was working fine to start with but then problems started occuring such as not being able to change settings such as name/player amounts/difficulty ect.. I would adivse staying away from this company as they provide nearly 0 help, I know the price is low but I really wouldnt recommend it. Go for multiplay, they actually help support you and the server control is amazing. Anyway for the help you need to make sure in the server settings the map is set to chernarus not to readme.txt or what ever it is. This will allow connections to the server. Hope this helped
