I go bandit hunting, mostly. Stalk people, see what they are up to. Saving people from bandits is actually one of the best ways I have found of making friendly contact. Sniper hunting is also quite fun, but it can become an agonizingly slow experience trying to judge if a sniper is there to shoot everyone, or there to shoot bandits.

Your and You're are very different things, I think he pointed it out because the rest of your posts are generally decent english, where this is terrible. I will admit to killing, several times. I have never killed without extremely good reasons though, mad axe murderers, POS attempts, bandit attempts, I think those are justified as defending myself against people driven insane by the current conditions of DayZ. To me this 'game' has a lot more to it than a bit of PvP, almost every online game offers that. I don't murder, but I will defend myself. As a side note, the idea I see floating around about bringing back Hero and Bandit skins worries me a bit, did the mod have any way of deciding if your killing another person was murder, or justified, unavoidable self defence? Or would killing the kamikaze punch on sight new spawn make you into a bandit?

Hey, haven't seen anyone post about this yet, so for anyone who didn't know, one of the Dev's is actively seeking updated tools for users. I know this may mean practically nothing in the way of progress, but you can always hope that this kind of help on the inside is all it takes to get these things moving.

DayZ SA is very CPU heavy, but utilizes very few cores, you would probably notice a big difference with a powerful dual core. This still might help: http://day0.com.au/forum/dayz/950-dayz-alpha-performance-tweaks-and-settings-guide

Perfectly possible at this point, that's for sure. ^^ I think page up and page down are the defaults for zeroing.

This is a problem with the binding box for the terrain at the moment, you must have been prone when your bullets were bouncing? I have personally had the same thing happen with M4 and Magnum. Crouch to avoid this, its the only way right now... although the Mosin seems to have the least problems with it. Also, be careful on the NEAF, there is a very painful glitch right now at the hangers, it is possible to crawl under the floor and shoot people from complete safety, you won't even know it happened.

I like it how it is. The black and white effect is actually your blood level, not your health. It is easy to keep a relatively full to maxed blood level at all times if you are healthy and healing. Health is shown by a blurry screen, turn Post Processing on to see it, most people seem to have no idea this even exists, because they (rightly) have it turned off for performance sake.
