Are absolutely terrible, I recommend everyone to KOS. The rewards are way more justifying. Why run around helping people just to get shot =) Im quickly joining "The Dark Side". Still love the game, not putting up with this bullshit anymore though, getting very very tired of restarting.

Just an FYI, Not whining... I dont know how many times I said I love the game. Part of my new survival technique is definitely KoS unless the player is totally unarmed. Its not worth it too me anymore to waste hour and hours of my life trying to communicate and help people out just to get shot. KoS is the way to go.

Somewhat agree, but the majority of "Banditry" in this game is KoS due to all the KoS lol. Im not gonna be the one to try to change that. Edit: Do you get what I mean? I would accept getting robbed, but it does not happen.

Agree, Im sure one day I will switch back to my "Hero" roots once I get tired of the killing. Also, good call, I should try a hardcore server soon.

Not everyone has to agree, and many wont like this topic, I feel its the truth. Being a Hero and getting that oh I helped someone feeling just to get killed later and wish you had the gear back sucks. LOVE THE GAME, but blissful is now a KoS'er besides my friends.

Well unfortunately, like I said, I strongly believe at this "State" in the game KoS is the way to go. Just try running through Cherno or Elektro without sneaking, which many new players do. Guaranteed you will be shot at without a word said on multiple occasions. With so many player's KoSing now, I think I am doing everyone a favor by saying dont trust anyone and just kill them. It may seem like I am adding to the problem, but Im actually saving players lives that have worked hard for their gear(I usually gave most away just to end up with nothing)...... wait a minute I am still a hero. Sounds hypocritical, actually it is, but I dont have 2 F***'s to give anymore. If anyone has played "Rust", look at what that has become, Only 1 way to get ahead and that is to KILL.

I encourage everyone to do it if they want to actually survive for more then a day or two, yes.

Hey man just saying, Ive helped alot of people, made some friends. Its just not worth it anymore at this "state" in the game.

I personally still have not ever once Killed On Sight.. I just finally made my way up to the NWAB and the 2 Military Bases in the NW, grabbed as much shit as I could then ran back to Cherno. I finally was able to help some guys out gave them some of my guns food etc, always sneaking up and surprising them, even hung out with the bambies for awhile. I was getting low on supply's and forgot I had not gotten a radio yet so made my way to the first firestation just to get KOS. So annoying. Now I get to spend another 8 hours gearing up and heading back down to help some people out... I always talk before I shoot, I dont understand wtf is wrong with people.

I have almost 70 hours I believe. My breaks are checking the forums and there is always cool posts that get me wanting to play right away again. DayZSA Is the shit. I luckily have my own company and its winter time here in Canada which is my off season. Only 6 weeks left to play as much as I want... sigh. MWUAHAHAHAHAHA!

I meet a group of friendly's, who openly accept me.. Im so excited to finally be part of a team in this game. We make our way to the new city, looting as we go, by the time we get there we have lots of food, all have atleast 1 weapon, good to go. Im standing there looting a car with my new friend's, and BAM. Instantly dead, i hear my new friends panic and run. What a fucking joke. You people who KoS are terrible people, I was so excited and you just burn my fun with your assholeness. Honestly think im done for awhile, its just soooo much fun for these people to ruin others' game experience. Im so sad =( Most friendly player EVER by the way, before I reached that town I gave away an M4, a sawed off shotgun and a FNX5 plus ammo. I think some people that play this game are litterally sadists.

Some of you really get off on the Killing on Sight and love these posts eh? Honestly, if you have nothing constructive to say and just want to post garbage like "It was me who killed you LOLZZZZ" It just proves you guys are trolling the forums and clearly have no life outside the videogame world. I personally think we all have the "Stomach" to handle Dayz. Its just alot of losers ruining the experience for other players simply because they are bored with life and have nothing better to do but play DayZ

I actually really like this, It holds alot of relevance... the truth is its being sold as an independent zombie survival game, unfortunately people need to watch some let's plays before they just outright buy it... just so they can really know what its all about at this point... However I just applied for a clan and I would highly suggest you do the same OP instead of just giving up. I almost quit myself for a bit but I think with the right people we can make this the best gaming experience ever. OP seriously give me a shout or something ill team up

Awesome post man, I just made one bitching about being KoS, I did not know so many players actually cared about my poor little soul and tried to help. I now have a TON of more faith when I go to play this tommorow. Should Sticky this. Thumbs up.
