Login timeout suggestion: Only give penalty waiting time on manual logouts, not server disconnections

Only make the penalty apply to people who click the logout button, not people who get disconnected for whatever reason :( Same for the 30 seconds of your character sitting after a logout :( -
just suggest they put radios in cars when they come around, then you can roll around elektra blaring your hiphops and your gangster raps

Are we allowed to use anything from the enb series? If you've never heard of it here is their website http://enbdev.com/index_en.html. I know there are some multiplayer games that dont allow it so I figured I'd ask here instead of potentially being banned.
