So the Hive is basically where my real character's data is connected to? How do I know (without connecting to a server) if it's connected to the Hive or not?

Oh, well if you hadn't noticed it's my first post. Just a friendly question, you know? Not need to be sarcastic.

Upon switching from one server to another, I noticed something very strange. My character is living multiple lives across different servers. I originally obtained everything I could from an airstrip to gear myself up and loaded up on tons of ammo/food/supplies on one server, then when I changed to a different one I was naked on the beach in 3rd person. I thought maybe I had to start again, so I made my way to an airstrip in the far NE of the map. I get there and I'm tired because of how long the run was so I log off. Today, I log on and I'm back in Electro with all my gear on the life that I had logged off of before. I didn't understand so I wanted to test it. I logged off, logged on to another server and I was back at the airstrip in the far NE again. These are all 3rd person servers I'm logging onto. There is no difference in the servers that I've noticed besides my character switching from one life to a different life. It's annoying because I don't know which one is permanent and which one is fake. And to top it all off, I logged on again and I'm on the beach naked. No, I have not died on any of these lives. It's like there's a permanent restart button that makes me start over and over again.
