Have the Balota military tents temporarily stopped spawning loot? no matter what server i've gone to they're empty with no respawns.

I'm extremely frustrated as well. i logged into a server in my own time-zine at noon and it is still nighttime. No matter what timezone i log into they are all nighttime. Is this an issue with my connection or is it a bug from the most recent update?

Thanks, i was just hoping it wasn't an issue with my setup. And yes, the panties are still in tact.
