The loot is certainly messed up at the moment yeah.

I should've clarified it better, I found one server that actually had military tents spawning loot, but all the others didn't. To be honest some houses are empty too aswell (they weren't looted either), but for most part, everything else is spawning.

This is not the case since I managed to join a server that actually had loot spawned, after like 20 servers with no loot over the past 2 days of testing it. They also would've mentioned it in the patch notes if that was indeed the case.

Copy pasting my reply on another thread. It's not nerfed, it's bugged. Loot is not spawning in the military tents. Copy-pasting two replies I posted on another topic. Just an update. I just tried going to a Regular server for the first time after the patch. Either the Hive maintenance that happened today fixed it, or it's only Hardcore servers that are bugged, because the Balota tents had gear normally now. Can anyone share their experiences, if they were on Regular or Hardcore? And if Hardcore, can you check the tents now? (I'm quite far from everything on HC servers). To further add to my previous post. Tried another regular server, which I happened to have my old character, instead of a new spawn, and there were no loot spawns in tents anymore. It seems to be working on some servers, and most of them are not spawning loot. Related to the Central Database perhaps? I also tried it on servers that just restarted, still no loot. Also noticed that zombies can easily sneak up to you.

I agree, I wouldn't mind a small nerf on the tents, but it's not spawning at all now.

Different hives, Regular has 3rd person, Hardcore has 1st person only. At the moment Hardcore servers have no loot spawning in military tents, most likely a bug since it wasn't included in the patch notes.

I'm glad some people realize the issue. It's not the reduced loot, it's not looking somewhere else for loot. It's not even about being easier/harder or more realistic. It's about places being completely empty even after restarts.

Exactly this, military tents aside, many places that always had basic things are now completely empty. And no, they haven't been looted, as this was after a server restart. I personally thought that before the patch there was too much loot but, this is somewhat broken, not to mention rather disappointing when you reach a small town and it's completely empty. This wasn't an issue before, it makes the game feel even more unfinished to be honest, like they didn't touch a certain area with loot spawns.

The issue are not the cities themselves but rather the military tents, on any place (Balota, NW airfield). Loot is not spawning there at all, even after a restart. Sure they could reduce loot for all I care, but completely remove it? Might as well remove the tents from the map then, as it's quite illogical to find so many tents without a single piece of loot.

I actually like this idea, more randomization could be a great thing. I'm guessing it's probably not easy to make it balanced in some way though, no idea. I personally like it.

Might be possible, some people are saying it's alright. Have you personally checked military tents? That's where most of us can agree that no loot spawns at all.

This is my last reply to you since I can't be bothered to argue with you anymore, since YOU don't want to understand. At this point you're the one insulting. I'm providing feedback, if you consider that extremely whiny and childish, then too bad, I'm gonna keep doing it. I want an hardcore survival game, I like it the way it is "now", but the loot is not spawning, simple as that. And I'm providing feedback. You're the one who had to come here and start with your caps lock kid behavior. I want this issue to be fixed, that's all. So good luck to you aswell! Hope you learned something new today.

Possible, it surely doesn't mean anyone hasn't been there. But they must have started to close the doors after this patch then.

Re-read the whole topic again please. I'm not talking about reduced loot. I'm talking about loot not even spawning, even after a restart. Also, I'm not complaining, I'm providing feedback as you said in the posts before. Just stating my opinion ;)

As I said, if this was intended, put it on the patch notes. That way, people would know it was actually changed because they wanted to. And as I also said, it's not just tents. Many civilian houses are completely empty. When I was playing for example, Kamenka had no loot at all and all doors were closed.

Not mad, and I completely understand that it's Alpha, infact there are other bugs present in the game and I'm not too bothered. I also know where else to get military gear, it's just that I want to make sure they work on this. If people keep saying they're okay with it, then it won't change. I would really like an official statement on this I guess.

See what players do? What are YOU talking about? If this was intended, then put it in the patch notes, else I'm gonna treat it as a bug. As such, I'm simply providing my feedback and saying it's broken. What I don't understand are people saying it's fine and it's more realistic, when it's clearly broken. It's because of these (sorry for the term) bootlickers (not talking about you in specific), that many devs don't bother to fix their stuff because everyone is okay with it.

So let's break the game because people like you welcome such mistakes with open arms. Awesome!
