    http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=300#c53954 Looks like due to "engine limitations" light will forever be able to shine through walls in Day-Z. I'm sure in a matter of time night will be completely abandoned and all servers will be running 24/7 day. Well, at least an update is coming SOON.
