What's going to happen with large pop servers? I see them being populated for about 2 or 3 days, then once everyone starts crashing, glitching out, and encountering rampant hacking and desync, they will return to the 30 - 40 servers, and I don't think they'll see the initial traffic after that

As fun as the idea of using the bows are, they're never really going to be effective in this game, IMO. Not unless they offer some kind of poisoning or lethality. As of right now, I don't really fancy the idea of running into battle against a bunch of infinite ammo M4 wielding jackasses while I am armed with only a bow. Hopefully they'll get a practical use in the future

In the future when this game is actually finished (sometime in 2018) I would be all for high pop servers. for now, no. just no.

I got involved in a super long firefight one time that lasted about 3 hours and ended up forgetting to give my woman sexy-times. I kinda got in trouble for that -
I prefer unconscious. That way I can tell the prick who just ghosted me what a pansy he is

I came back to find that they basically have slightly upgraded zombies, added some guns and stuff, and oh, ghosters can kill you more easily than ever now that some genius decided to remove the log in sounds. Wonderful edit: Oh I almost forgot the now-frequent crashing and the ridiculous load-in time I now have as opposed to a few months ago. silly me :P

Sorry but for me, it's all about survival. Would you keep loaning people money if time after time they never paid you back? Eventually you would just stop lending out money. This is essentially the same concept I apply to meeting random people in this game, and "trusting" people with guns -
Are we really trying to classify the types of bandits in this game? Sorry but i think i'll stick to my "If they shoot at me, they are a mother fu**ing bandit" mentality. I'm not going to sit and ponder "Oh well maybe they're just scared...or maybe they're trying to rob me and just want to scare me into cover to trap me...or wait...no that makes no sense. Well they aren't trying to rob me, and usually bandits try to rob me..." *DEAD* Any person with ill intentions is a bandit to me. Trying to make "subcategories" of the do-badders in this game is futile, IMO

I'm worried about 100 other more game-killing things than ammo varieties. However, I wouldn't mind having to find the right ammo. Would add some sort of strategy into what you keep and what you discard. Do you keep your powerful gun with low ammo or discard it to pick up another gun that you have plenty of that ammo type for, etc. -

No. This is not a mil sim. Adjusting for wind and all that other crap is absolutely ridiculous. Zeroing and compensation for range is just fine.

Well...technically in 3pp you can see things your character normally wouldn't be able to see, I'd consider that an exploit, but I really don't wanna open that can of worms on this thread lol -
The unwritten rules of DayZ that I live by: - You don't wear pants in Elektro - If someone says friendly, they get a bullet to the face - Everyone is fair game that's about it for me :P
