I had no problems previously. But after removing several servers, I can't seem to add new ones now. Anyone know a fix for this? ---- edit ---- It just seems to be servers found via the remote option?

A lot of info flying around, but lots contradicting each other. Our server is enabled by default, (no option to disable). * Stash has stayed on server since 050 patch, still pristine. Dozens of restarts. * Some loot respawns if displaced... * But, loot in general seems to be lacking. * Loot if untouched, stays in the same place after restarts. Leaving lots of terrible unwanted loot. Does anyone know: * How long does stashed loot stays on the ground? I thought it was meant to "decay". It's all still pristine. * How the loot respawning works? Player proximity? Timer delayed? :edit: * Also, if we keep picking up loot (for arguments sake) and stashing it x repeat. Is there not a limit as to how much loot can be on a single server?? Getting to the point of absolutely zero loot spawning? If not, wouldn't this at some point affect server performance? I like the new loot system (though, needs tweaking), but just need to understand it more :-) ---- p.s fix the water pumps! Running out of water purification tablets :-/

Really?? Non persistence server have more loot.. enabled. . have less (obvious reasons).. but this is a big flaw :-/ :edit: Players shouldn't be locked to a server. Just a different hive.

Not a hive issue (or is it?), but closest topic :-( Didn't feel it needed a new thread since I can't see anyone else with this issue. Our server, every day, every automatic restart (4 hours)... it gets thrown into a loop. And restarts for 7-9 minutes afterwards.. over.. and over again. Any thoughts? Server tech's have no idea. They claimed they fixed it - yet, checked at midday... still buggered.

We really didn't know this! my word... aha. 5 of us sharing tablets.. lol. /feels like a fool. I know they didn't work previously, but was sure if they fixed it.

From experience, it stays. However, if you've only made them unconscious they do disappear.

Zombies are great. Don't change them**, just add more. **They aren't great due to the clipping. You can't have these current zombies when no objects stop them. Fix the clipping, then adjust the zombies.

It's not that type of injector. I've used sweetFX since I came out of nappies :) VAC doesn't ban for it. BI & Battleye have confirmed they don't ban for it. Here's mine.... it suits my eyes. I'm colourblind, so looks normal for me. ha Images resized (possibly reduced in quality) As Jon has already said, all settings can be changed, switched on, off, you can even toggle the effects on/off in game :)

Actually, it looks like server companies are under pressure. Here's a generic update to all server renters with vilayer.. We are also going to turn off any servers we find breaking these rules as and when we see them so if your server keep turning off, please remove the words "Kick", "Ban", "PVE" from your server to stop this from happening.

More and more games are adding this 'mode' now. It effects only 1% of women but 10% of men. I'm personally, finding it very difficult to even see simple things like a team mate running next to me. I keep having to ask him where he has gone. No, this isn't camouflage. This is colour blindness. e.g: Battlefield... all players look like they have green names to me. I'm advised that these are actually red vs green. Until I switch colour blind mode on, I really can't tell friend from foe.

Fresh Spawn depending on location: (even if you get a Berezino spawn, you can get to Elektro in under 10 minutes) 1) Berezino piano houses, school/office then head to svet. 2) Elektro 2 fire stations (spawns military clothing), school/office/hospital/industrial estate, a select few houses, then onto Cherno. Cherno 2 fire stations + piano houses. Time? Less than an hour. No need to loot any of the towns in between, it just slows you down. I moaned like hell when I first started playing about "lack of loot". I was wrong, 200 hours in - I no longer care if I die as it's too bloody easy to gear again. Survival? huh?

Granted, he's "just asking". But they're politer ways of asking instead of "I call bullshit", implying I'm a liar. See my point? Yes, I have a 100hz monitor. Refresh rates on monitors do not affect FPS. But it does affect (max it out) if Vsync is on. This is the thing with forums, most people are bloody keyboard warriors and so quick to jump onto people's back's about things. :edit: I'll update my fps later, I've switched back to 2 x monitors since they match. Slight OCD I think. MY son now has a shiny new one :-/ Not been on dayz since, but I imagine now - FP Swill max out at 75, since that's the rate on said monitor.

Call bullshit all you want. People who know me, who have played with me know I'm a honest chap. I don't have reason to feed crap. I've said from the start, I'm unsure how I can get the FPS considering others with better systems get more. A post I made last week queried my sudden increase from (normally) 60.. to 100. With no reasonable explanation to be found. I said I have no reason to feed crap... I also have no reason to feed people with "constructive" posts. :thumbsup:

Actually, our server - it's disabled! Yet, we noticed people are getting kicked for it...

i5 running at 3.6 Only 4gb ocz 7-7-7 memory :-( HD 5870 card SSD Temperature never exceeds 50℃. Extra fans/cooling. Native resolution: 1400x900 Rendering resolution: 200% Vsync: on Texture detail: high (doesn't seem to affect fps?) Clouds: normal Shadows: low With sweetfx ontop. Can't remember the others, replying on mobile. Countryside fps: 60-100 Cities: 35ish

OP, you should have made a poll. Our server is with Vilayer. Flawless so far. Support tickets answered within 30 minutes. No issues here...

Morning chaps, I was logged in as admin.. went to type a message. But forgot to press "/".. Upon bashing my keys, an in game admin menu came up - it quickly disappeared... so I didn't get a good look at it. I've tried bashing my keys again to find it. No luck. Any idea as to what button it was?

Found it! Not much there, looks like it's the old menu. You can kick/ban/restart though :) right shift & P. as Namco said :)
