Agreed, make it semi RPG and add character progression that you loose upon death.

I have a R9-290 Radeon and before the patch It was strugglng at 40-50 fps full detail, it is now 50-60 fps exactly 10 fps as the patch says, but still below what I should be getting for this card when I compare it to games like BF4.

The reason I ask is that my friend an I are not sprinting because he is sick from food poisoning.This is increasing journey times by 50% Does Sprinting/tiredness slow regeneration of blood or healing?What other adverse effects does it cause ? Yea you can see the tips of items in 1st Person(Most of the time), but sometimes I cannot actually reach the item in 1st person, Even with the new magnum box (did it replace tiny bullets entirely?) Sometimes I still struggle to reach items in 1st person. There was an axe once on some planks and there was no way you could get to it in 1st person. THat is my only gripe with 1st person, and suffering from huge FOMO I Simply cannot take the chance that I miss something.

I agree that 3rd person does let you view angles that gives you far to much of an advantage, and I would play 1pp hardcore. My main issue is items that are on top of lockers/cupboards that are too small to see or just cannot be seen without 3rd person view. If this issue is rectified, bring on the 1pp!

I find food easy to find as well, but eating enough to be 'Healthy' is slightly harder.

Do you even know what Alpha means in gaming terms ? You have no idea how the engine is built, Your opinion makes sense, anyone could have thought of that solution but the problem is with the server architecture being changed for different shards of Hardcore and Regular, obviously there are verification issues when the game servers authorise with the database, or even server/OS settings or updates for change in security or whatever the case may be.I doubt they need some one to tell them how to store character information as that has been done properly up until the latest patch, and since this is a server verification/communication problem, your solution really has no relevance to the issue, does it ? it's always fascinating when people who couldn't code their way out of a paper bag tell the game dev's how to program ;) Always entertaining.

I added ctrl to be run /sprint as well as w , then I just rest my cellphone on it, go for a smoke and when I return have progressed a lot!
