    Best Melee Weapon in DayZ So Far?

    Right now I'm trying the spear and it is pretty good (just for the lulz). I carry an ice-axe for mining stones and digging plots and a hatchet for cutting trees. I think it's the best combo.. I don't know if it's intended but my hatchet lasts much longer cutting trees than a splitting or firefighter axe.

    hey guys, i found a nice 3vs truck, but i dont know how far can i go without refueling for the first time. So guys, you know how many km's aprox the truck can ride without fueling? i just don't want to ran out of gas in the miidle of a major road :P

    I went here expectating a nice topic about stable patch and I only see ppl crying about why DayZ is not finished yet or why it took so long to put the next update..well, im getting wet (pretty much soaked) reading these kind of posts and I think you guys need to grow up. You want something patched? put it in the bug reports. With those topics, you are just making dayz community worst. Nevermind, the stable version is pretty much good atm, the new spawn zones and the loot fixed is really enjoyable (TONS OF LOOT). I can't wait for next update, it seems really deep into survival features. well, to be honest, I just want to cook that rice huehuehue

    i don't really know why people is getting mad so easy.. you guys are alpha testers and you are here to post problems and issues or to /clap them big improvements. I think the devs and all the forum knows now there are some problems related to desync/lag/server. Anyways, in my opinion, I MUST ADMIT ZOMBIES ARE MORE AGGRESIVE AND THEY REPRESENT A BIGGER THREAT (and also pretty cool rake :rolleyes: )

    Make airfields and towns full of zombies like 20 zombies in firestations, and 100 in the airfield. You gonna see less KoS and more cooperation around map. You must be a bandit if you want to survive longer, but normally you don't want to (and i think much people are forced to KoS to survive like OP)

    so basically hardcore servers are more friendly on experimental than regulars.. nice to know

    uhm, I think experimental servers are made to explore new patches or features and share opinions about new stuff incoming and maybe new bugs. It's not a great idea to play on experimental as your main server and snipe all along Elektro or military bases to get some kills on other players that want to go in experimental to discover these improvements too I posted this thread just because I saw a video where players were sharing the blaze95 with no matters on an experimental server and i thought that would be really interesting. BUT always KoS <_<

    I mean I want to get in the experimental branch servers but I really don't know what kind of attitude they have. I'm really interested to walk in Elektro and share opinions about new loot and stuff with other random guys, but yeah I think there are always KOS ppl around. So, people in Experimental servers are more friendly? Or you need to cover yourself like a b*tch to avoid bandits?

    nope I have a mosin, it happens at same time the character reloads at log in screen and when I enter to a server.. it's just annoying because the noise is reeeally loud

    Hi there guys, since this patch, when I log in to the main menu and just after I connect into a server, a loud noise appears but it seems so bug like 'gshhzzxxshhh' and I need to put down my headsets coz my ears become crazy. I searched for this issue but I cant find anything related, so is there anybody with the same problem?
