People don't get it, on the public servers there will be only a certain amount of say rotor engines or something, so that if you play on a certain public server you may catch wind that there is a rotor on another server that you desperately need. So you and your friends gear up and switch the servers, and then you start the hunt for the rotor which other clans/groups may be after. It adds more of an objective and for it to be strategic to build your helicopter. Also if say you need a rotor and another group has one, you either need to raid them or make a compromised trade. It makes items have global value and personally I think it is a brilliant idea and I cannot wait. Props to Dean and the DayZ development team.

I fell under one of those green buildings with only a second level with the stairs leading upto them, I ran at the wall, vaulted, and disconnected and it worked, also try going prone and rolling then disconnecting

As much as I'm against the Call of Duty style of gameplay get geared and fight people, I honestly miss Elektrozavodsk being a thriving city like it used to be. I have found many more people up north, you hardly see people around Stary anymore. If bambi's want to flood Balota at the risk of getting gunned down by geared players or sniped by the infamous bastards on the hill I say let them. Berezino in my opinion is not made for combat, nor does it feel right seeing that many people there. I am 100% for Southern spawns to return. Another factor I think of is when you spawn South, NEAF is further, if not then near the same distance as NWAF, this will spread population more and keep the coast safer for newspawns, as well as getting people attracted to GM, military bases in Stary and Pavlovo. No longer a rush to NEAF server hop find a gun run back to berezino and fight die repeat.

This is actually a deadly idea and I would 100% love to be included if this becomes a reality.

See there are good threads like this one, the one investigating this whole operation and doing something with the game, then there are threads with people whining about slow development or lag or hackers.

Dear bambi slayer in Dolina, thank you for the pristine lrs, mosin, ttsko gear along with enough food to last me a life time. To fill in this story basically i logged into a server and while my wait timer is counting down I alt+tab'd out of the game and forgot about it for about 15 minutes, after realizing this i opened it back up and on the top of the police station i logged out on, there were about 5 dead bodies of all newspawns, blood pouring out of there wounds and the one i checked was still warm to touch, i notice a fella with full gear running into the orange brick house with the stove and food etc. so i wander in there, fists raised and on a mission to avenge my bambi bretheren i look up the stairs and the lad must have logged off, a few punches in the head, took his gear and one swift mosin shot lodged in his brain and im fully geared again :). Actually I was bleeding in the already clean town and had to shirt to tear up, so I climbed to the top to end my miserable life of no colour and depression of the apocalypse i jumped of, alas i did not perish after jumping multiple times, so i relogged assuming something was jiggered with the server

Come on man if English is not your native tongue I am very disappointed. Dont use a controller as I like the keyboard feel better, but maybe go into the controls and bind the raise weapon (Default Spacebar I'm 99% sure) to like your RS or something.

I accidentally quoted you and posted it but have nothing funny or witty left to say, and for that I apologize for this post.

I guess that is a valid point, the game basically revolves around where you spawn right now, so i guess to test new things smack you there because it's very unlikely you'll leave.

You need to learn to not damn double post. Also on a related note I have yet to experience this but it is a gameplay bug which effects firefights, not a main aspect of the game such as the engine, optimization, etc. so therefore i do not feel it should be that high priority, maybe a hotfix or something though.

It's alpha testing, I'd rather have functioning zombies, physics, etc. than a bug fix which would only change your complaint count.

By sounding like a douche, i mean leaving witty remarks, being cocky or just flat out rude. If I see someone who has a broken leg and are calling for attention I'll obviously help them, it seems like you meant the way they sound, i meant the way they actually speak or type to you and their word choice.

I currently have both .22 weapons but am struggling to find the clips or magazines or whatever you want to call them. Been to airfields after server resets and after waking up and what not still have no luck. Also have been searching police stations and piano buildings. Send help pls.
