Stand back to back, count 10 paces, turn and shoot and see who wins!

I can confirm its in the game. I came across one sitting in a house on a shelf, but for the life of me I can't remeber thetype of house I saw it in.

Would a reinstall of the game fix my issues Lok?
-
Some of you guys are rediculous. If you have no idea what youre talking about, then don't bother replying.

Sorry Lok. I'm frustrated that I can't get in and play the game, and I assumed you were passively suggesting I hack in one way or another. I have played the game for a week every day for 3-4 hours each day. For this to happen out of the blue is confusing. I really don't understand what has caused the issue. Nothing has changed on my computer for days.

Enough with the hack questions. I don't hack. I play Dayz Standalone and that's it. As for reinstalling battleye I checked out your page, but I didn't see a link for reinstalling battleye.

Could this have anything to do with it? Last week I had a character I was playing that unfortunately disappeared. I started over. This week it happened again. This time however, my character I lost from last week was back, so I started playing with that guy. Could this have anything to do with my problem?

Disable the experimental preview testing version? Sorry I'm not the most computer savy.

There is no hacks being used. I don't have arma either. Just Dayz Standalone. I find it hard to believe that I am the only one this is happened to.

Today I hopped in to a server, and played for about 5 minutes. I then received this message: You were kicked off the game. (BattlEye: Corrupted Memory #3) I tried joining a number of other servers and this is the same result. I get that message immediately. Suggestions? I played most last night with no issue. It only happened this morning. I've tried restarting Steam and the game. Neither worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No one has any idea?

Anyone at all?
-
I saw that earlier when i googled the problem myself. That topic is from almost 2 years ago. I guess thanks for posting something, but as for the usefulness of the post, it was not. Anyone else getting this and figure out how to fix the issue?
-
Curious if anyone else is seeing this at all. I'll set it up. I'll play the game for 30 mins+ with no issues, then randomaly the game crashes and closes down. I go back in, play for a short while and bam, it happens again. Log back in this time I can play again for 30+ mins and no issue. I guess I'm at a loss as to why it is happening. I play with a group of 3 including myself. One other person usually crashes when i do, but the other guy generally never crashes. Any thoughts? Game crashes a lot on me.

I've learned that alt tabbing will close me down. But this is happening during normal game play. I'm at work right now, I'll have to post my specs at a later time. :)

I'm having this very same issue. I've overheated a computer before. It reboots the whole computer. I've never seen it pick a selected program and shut that down. Which is what is happening. DAYZ closes. Error pops. Relog back in.

Bear with me a second. I am brand new to the game (as many people are). I had this mentality going in that I would jump on a low pop server in hopes of getting my bearings on the controls, and exploring with little worry to my health. Finding these forums I find that "server hoppers" (which is what I was doing) are frowned upon. Now that I have seen the light I plan on starting my fresh character tonight on a mildly populated server and whatever happens, happens. For me server hopping was my thing because I didn't want to play in the dark so early in my game. I didn't want it to be harder than it already was for me, a new player. So consider me a changed man. That being said, how can I ID server hoppers in the future? I always hear about people saying that they saw this server hopper or they killed a server hopper.

That's kind of the thought process I had as well. However you do see those few people saying they have lived for a few weeks now. So I guess it is possible. :P

Last night I had a horrible time with invisable zombies. A server I was on (not showing out of sync) was filled with them. I died 4 times last night (3 of those intentionally after deciding to see if they were still invisible after the previous death) and it was frustrating, but hey, it's the early Alpha so I'm not that worked up about it. I did notice the pathing last night. Once I found a server where I could see the zombies, I got one after me and took off through 2 houses and stood behind a fence on the 3rd and that damn zombie still came after me (not passing through walls however. She just followed my exact path like a bloodhound.) She was very determined. LOS didn't seem as easy as it had previously.
