I just logged in to the server and 3 tents and 3 vehicles disappeared, is it possible that the server needs a restart for them to appear again? Thanks for putting your work into this, it is appreciated :)

So we have a few friendly guys together and established a small base camp with a couple of tents and vehicles, and are looking forward to getting that chopper :D Still open to Neuzugang ;)

Date/Time:11:00PM June 19th 2012 What happened: I select gear to loot player bodies, the inventory appears and then arma2oa.exe crashes and stops working. This has only happened to me since I am running 1.7.1.4 so I'm hoping to help you guys out by reporting this. It has happened to me twice so far. Where you were: In Elektro both times. What you were doing: Just spawned and wanted to loot dead players I found on the street next to church and one in office. *Current installed version: 1.7.1.4 *Server(s) you were on: DE1 and another I cannot recall. *Your system specs: i5 2500k, Sapphire HD 7970, 16GB Corsair, Mushkin SSD, WD Caviar Black 1.5TB *Timeline of events before/after error: First time, I clubbed a player to death with a crowbar while he was fending off the zombies I was asking him to save me from. Then attempted to open gear and crash. This happened within minutes of spawning. Second time, just spawned and walked up to dead body. Gear. Inventory shows up. crash. Hope you guys are aware of this.

Yes I bought all of that for my friend, except the axe :D I had to get one for me aswell... :P haha Thanks for the map idea :D I think I will add the local map right now :) I also went to the store to buy some painkillers which are still missing in the picture :P I think the surprise is almost perfect :) Just found an old hiking trail map of 1994 of my Canton (province) which I will also give him :D

Hey everyone, So here it is, I'm not too happy with the color, maybe should have searched for the right color but whatever :) I ended up putting together an entire DayZ kit for my friend :D I'm sure he's gonna flip when I surprise him with that tomorrow :) [attachment=1523] [attachment=1524] I think I would be stoked if I got all of this from my friend :D

I have also experienced this, I spawn unconscious, no shock or other influence. I can walk around for longer than 5 minutes, rejoin and still be unconscious

We are nine players now, of which 6 play regularly with each other. We have a pretty cool dynamic and are looking forward to add a few more players to our group.

No it appeared to be done really well and ready to go right to the press. The lady at the store thought the design was epic and really appreciated the fact that I brought a t-shirt design as photoshop files. So thanks to you for that :) She said that one of her suppliers did have a turquoise color shirt, but she said they are extremely poor quality and I would have to wait 2 weeks for the shirts to get to her. So I figured I'd go with a high quality bright royal blue which was in stock. If you ever get bored again and decide to design some things. Let me know :) I might just put it on something else :) Thanks again for sharing your creativity!

OMFG the craziest shit just happend to me on DE1 xD rofl I can't believe it. So, let me set the scene for you. Elektro, just spawned west and decided to head into town to gather some supplies and a weapon. Said, done, I go to the fire station, the supermarket, a residence and then the office, when I hear an AKM in town. real close. I peak over the wall and see all the zombies running into the residence I just came out of. I thought okay, I had gathered a lot of supplies. alice, double barreled, 5+ food, 5+ drink, and lots of bandages, plus the odd compass and watch. all I was missing was some bloodpacks and morphine, which was my next planned stop. Anyway, I watch the guy but loose him but I still see all the zeds streaming into the office building and I could hear his steps. I figured it was a me or him situation since I had better equip. I lay flat on the third floor expecting him to creep up. what I didnt expect was him sprinting around the corner. BOOM I fire. and miss.... aod!@#@LJ$ he turns and shoots me square in the face. I must have hit him in the arm cuz I saw him bleed. Well great I thought to myself. Respawn, select female (before I played as a male) and I spawn in..... ELEKTRO!! GREAT I thought to myself and figured I would sprint back to the office from the docks to see what he had left me. I didnt really care about zombies so I had half the dockyard chasing me through town, when, I see a guy dash across the road towards the hospital. Thats gotta be him I thought, I turn and take a dash through the alleyway to intercept him. I turn on Direct VOIP and was screaming HELP PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. I HAVE NOTHING. I come out right infront of the hospital and as he sees me he hesitates but the moment he sees the zeds trailing me he turns right round and makes a run for the office. The whole time I'm telling him I just spawned and I needed help. Remember that I didn't use Direct VOIP before when he shot me so he doesnt know my voice and before I was playing male. So we run back into the office and up on the first floor. As we are running I'm thinking to myself I'm gonna backstab him this guy. I lead the way and we run up the stairs and he turns to shoot the zombies in the staircase. I stop and turn on the first floor and what do I see, A HEAVEN SENT CROWBAR! that's right. So while this guy is standing on the stairs valiantly fending off the zeds I brought with me, I pick up this crowbar, stand behind him on the staircase, (reload the crowbar, idk why you would need to do that first), and start bashing in the guys skull. THUMP THUMP THUMP. three blows and the poor bastard goes down like a sack of potatoes while shooting the zombies for me. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA BEST FUCKING KILL I HAVE EVER HEARD OF! omg I rofld so damn hard. Sadly right as he went down and I began looting his sorry ass, with all my weapons and food and backpack, ArmA2OA stops working. xD OH WELL. whatevs I was laughing to damn hard anyway xD The feeling that guy must have felt I cannot possible describe or imagine. that's gotta be the best kill you have heard since 1.7.1 :D Much love, and I'm sorry bro

Update: went to the t-shirt print store and ordered two of the bean wars t-shirts! Mars, my friend and I are gonna walk around in your design :D Unfortunately the store didn't have shirts in the Heinz turquoise color. So the design is gonna be on a bright royal blue, but I think it should still look great! Once I can pick them up wednesday in a week, I will make sure to take a picture and post it here. Can't wait to see my friends face when I surprise him with this :D He will shit empty Heinz tin cans :D

Forgive me Father for I have sinned. I have committed many sins, but my most recent one was relatively abstract compared to previous ones. Last night I just respawned and started out close to the airstrip. Fairly quickly I found a bicycle and made my way to the hangars. Where, in my noobness that was reborn in 1.7.1. I attracted a zombie. I ran helplessly when I saw a survivor with a CZ and a 1911 run away from the airstrip. I thought to my self. Ok he needs to help me. Running after him I scream in direct VOIP for help screaming that I have nothing and he needs to help me out. He doesnt trust the situation quite and keeps running and looking back on occasion when he realizes I really am helpless with a single zombie chasing me. He decides to shot the zed and I start talking to him and thanking him for saving me. He invites me to his teamspeak shortly after where there was a group of four of them wanting to meet up. I tell him I have a bike, so we run over to where I hid it in the bushes. Once there, we quickly attract a zed who chases us across the field. Me on my bike, no problem. but the poor bastard, Sakrag or something was his name, turned around to shoot the zombie and gets one hitted unconscious by the zed. I tried to help him in that I wanted to take his weapon from the alice pack. but the zed was feeding on him, so I couldnt help him. the zed ate him right in front of my eyes. what a LOL situation I thought. I left, came back and the zed was gone, so I picked up an Alice pack with 4 blood bags CZ with 20shots and a 1911 with plenty of ammo. plus a knife map watch etc. Equipment that was hard to get by as of 1.7.1 without killing 100 zeds. So I listened to them in teamspeak and they were obvious bandits. I talked to them and was telling them I was somewhere where I wasnt and instead was stalking them as they were scavanging for weapons in cherno after being killed by a bandit and loosing some nice equipment that they described to me. I had them in my sights for almost 10 minutes, but didnt decide to shoot them. even though I could have, but with the CZ I would have been chased by zeds and potentially risked my new gear. I had good intentions at first. I really wanted to be a nice guy and give him his stuff back, but as I listened to them in TS, I figured what would stop them from shooting me once I return all his equip. so I kept it all :) if you read this Sakrag, sorry man, thanks for saving my ass, but its everyone for themselves out there, I'm sure you understand.

I want to own the DayZ logo t-shirt. Maybe even two. There is a tshirt printing store in my town. Never been. but hell I'm gonna take this design to them and check out how much they want. This is epic <3
