Just unlucky, as far as I understand it all buildings of the same type spawn the same loot regardless of their location. It's only a 15 min run to Kamenka military base via Balota. You might find what you're looking for there...

Guys hit the corpse (zombie or player) with a melee weapon and then you can walk right over them. Sounds like bs I know but try it, it works.

Yes they do, all vest provide the same protection with the exception of the anti stab vest which provides slightly less.

Do you mean machine guns as in LMG's? Tbh the AKM with a drum mag is pretty much there already.

Being fully energised and hydrated increases your movement speed.

Hmm I don't see the problem, I mean one bag of rice and a can of peaches will take your freshie from hungry to stage 2 energised for hours of play. I've never starved to death in this game. Not trying to show off my 'leet dayz skillz' or anything. But the reality is keeping well fed and hydrated is comically easy, I'd like to see a lot less food and a greater focus on hunting and foraging.
