    too much running

I looking forward to reducing the running distance. Eg Making you dizzy if you run to much while hungry. Then the posts will be "too much walking in this game".

    Scrum / AGILE

Just wondering is the dev team using a scrum methodology? If so, are the users considered the business, I.e. Who give acceptance to users stories and defects? I understand that correctly sizing user stories early on isn't easy. Once experience has set in and velocity is identified things are easier. I've just finished a full year project, where a whole plan (back log) was in scope from day one. Lessons learned were to allow enough contingency per sprint in order to prevent missing milestones.

    Random spawning

Well unless you cap the amount of times you can come in and out of servers. How do you stop ghosting?

    Scrum / AGILE

Well I wanted to find out how they pick new suggestions, and new features. Then how they decide to add them to back back log and sort them by propriety. General the business or "customer" often requests what new features they want. Who plays that role? Or is it more of a product owner who decides what goes in.

    Playing the mod again..

I don't think people understand the issues of project work. And the fact the requirements for this game are currently unknown! How can you plan an end date when you don't know what features will be in the game. You need this alpha or proof of concept state inorder to find a baseline. Once they know what can and will be in the game then a stable release will be released. Plus no one knows what if half of the current ideas can be made stable, and making it worth going to SA. It's all well and good saying I want a Beta, but their breaking new ground. The main issue is being in the lime light, to many idiots simply cry saying "I've paid and want it now".
