My friend started telling me about dayz and how it worked, I watched some Youtube videos on it and thought it would be the greatest game I'd ever played. I bought it reluctantly, it was between this and 7 Days to Die, I wish I had bought that instead... Yes I do understand the game is in alpha and i never experienced any bugs. They want this game to be realistic, yet it takes 20 hits with a pristine shovel in the head to kill a zombie. Not only do I have to worry about snipers looking to boost self-confidence by shooting new players 2 minutes after they spawn, but I need to worry about zombies literally spawning out of my rectum. I was running with low health and thought i was a safe distance away, I looked around and there were no zombies anywhere near me. I stopped to bandage and BOOM a zombie merked me. Not only are the zombies bad, but the spawn is wretched. Spawning new players on the wide open coast with no civilization near by, with a hill perfectly set right in front of it for worthless over-confident teens with no social skills. I had also seen people encountering the problem of when they shoot people in the head, the rest of the person's stuff is damaged. My whole goal for this game was to start a civilization and help out the people who don't wanna go rogue and kill everything in their path, but I cant do that if I cant even get started. Yes this game is in alpha, but I think the developers should focus on fixing the stuff that's in right now before they try to add some other stupid crap into it. My overview, I give this game a 4/10 just because I know it can be made into a perfect game. If you're thinking on getting this game, definitely take into account all the people who just wanted you to waste your money so they could amuse themselves. I would take 7 Days to Die over this game right now if I could.
