the game is in alpha. get over it already. however, if you can't. there is the simple matter of renting your own server, pretty much just like the players who are kicking you have. problem solved. has any of you whiners thought about that? ..also, you are not supposed to fall in love with your gear... -

i don't get this. i simply don't understand the problem ..if i kick a few players when ever i play ..any of those offensive words they manage to come up with for names... they still can join any of the other 2-3 servers im paying for. what is the problem? here is an idea for you: when i first played this game some weeks ago, i got kicked a few times. instead of coming here whining about it and ramble on about "REPORT!! REPORT!!" i simply rented a few slots my self! problem solved! -

..it is exactly that kind of thinking that led to the ddos against vilayer, putting down my servers... i'm simply pointing out the remarkable coincidence that you happen to just throw it out there ;) -

no it is not. all you people running around "reporting" servers (im sure a lot of you glance at this post as well) for doing nothing wrong other then braking your imaginary rules ..most of the times... why? can't you simply rent a server of your own? should it be your way or no way? if you can't play no one else should either? im simply qurious o0

the simplest of things would be if op simply rented his/her own server ^^ actually, there are no rules against kicking players. read the rules and stop abusing the admin. -

you are right. you did not ask him to report anything. while i stand corrected i need to state that perhaps my annoyense with players confusing mod rules with standalone alpha rules, got to me. i apologize.

i might be wrong but i strongly belive that you are reading wrong ruleset. i think you need to read the rules for the dayz standalone.

again ..a lot of you, "dayz mod veterans" seem to confuse the mod rules with the standalone rules. they are clearly not the same. -

you might be right. i guess my error is that i read the rules for dayz standalone ..the once stated by the developer... not the rules for dayz mod.

it is not an opinion. it is a fact. clearly stated in the rules. the serveres you are reffering to violated the rules by trying to impose a "no killing" policy ..wich is against the rules...

you are publicly stating that kicking players and restarting servers should be reported because it violates some rules. you have been wrong. it needs to be set right publicly. -
you are wondering off point. you are wrongly trying to create the impression that kicking players or restarting servers is to violate the rules. it is not.

..fact remains: i can kick him/her if i please. you should know this and stop asking others to report servers/admins.

with admin access you have the right to kick players, set servertime and restart your server. there is no rule against kicking players or restarting servers! -

perhaps everyone screaming "report, report!" should reread the rules instead of causing problems to people done nothing wrong. it is perfectly within the rules to kick players or restart servers. it is clearly stated in the rules.

there are no rule against kicking players. i like to think that the ability to kick players was added to deal with hoppers.

there are no rule against booting ..or even restarting servers... actually,rules clerlay states that restarting is allowed!

perhaps it is just me, but moving forward with frenetic pressing of my movement keys always work for me ..i first figured it out when i got stuck on the ship wreck...
