That'd be nice, it'd blend in with my current clothes. And it would definitely be cool to apply to gear as well, but whenever they add weather in the rain should wash it off. Or if you go into a pond or in the ocean or whatever. Face paint would be neat as well.

I love the original color as well, but I think it can stick out too much at times.
-
Hey, new spawns might make it out of the city then.
-
I agree, especially on the combat helmets. I might actually wear one if it was more than just that plain, dull green color.
-
Don't forget about the hacksaw.
-
Yeah, facepaint would be pretty cool too. Actually, just give my guy a beard and he'll be fine.
-
Might have to test out black and see how it looks, since that's the color of clothes I've got equipped. If that doesn't look right, I may just go with the camo look.

I was hoping so. Can't wait to paint my Mosin.

A teaser from Chris Torchia's twitter, a painted mosin. -
If you need help or need anything, let me know and I'll add you on steam and try and help out when I'm online. My suggestion, though, is to head north. Stay away from Cherno and Elektra, especially when playing alone. There are military bases up north and some good sized cities with plenty of supplies, and very seldom will you run into people up that direction. I'm not saying you won't, so be cautious, but a lot less of a chance of getting sniped or robbed up north.

That definitely must be a glitch. I know this is going to be a dumb question, but you are actually drinking the soda, right? Not just putting it in your inventory? I'm sure you're drinking it, but just trying to make sure. And if you are drinking it, when you hit TAB, what color does the "Thirsty" appear in? And i imagine they will add more and more as the fix current bugs and glitches. Next week they are adding a shotgun and the ability to make it into a sawn off shotgun, a new town, the ability to pick berries, and more. I always carry an axe, but dont carry a knife since I found a can opener. Axes are your best weapon against zombies, they are quiet and kill them rather quickly.

Personally, i like the idea and hate it. I think if you die, you and only you shouldn't be able to see or loot your dead body. I think it should disappear when you spawn back in for you, but your body should stay there for everyone else to loot until server restart or whatever. Its kind of neat, and sometimes helpful, to go into a town and see a dead body laying there. Helps you know to be even more cautious.

I can't answer about the drawers and fridge and whatnot, but as for the pond you can drink out of it. Its a pain sometimes. I always go into first person, crouch down and walk around through it and it'll eventually pop up saying "Drink Water." Food is typically pretty easy to find. Any house in a town or city almost always has some sort of food, and you dont need to eat ridiculous amounts to stay alive. And if you drank that much soda, you shouldn't have been thirsty at all, so maybe it was a glitch. They are planning on adding tents or bases of some sort in the future, from my understanding. Hope I answered your questions.

Sorry, I'm not sure if this is the place to ask, but I didn't know where else to ask it. I already have, and have played the game, but I'm not very good with computer specs and whatnot. Can anyone tell me roughly what settings i should be running on to get the smoothest gameplay? I'd like to run them as high as possible without affecting the gameplay too much. My specs are: AMD Six-Core FX-6200 Processor 3.8ghz, 10 GB DDR3 RAM, 1.5 TB Hard Drive, and an AMD Radeon HD 7570 graphics card. Thanks for any assistance.

Suggested Computer settings?

Thanks everyone. I plan on getting some assistance on building a computer in the very near future that'll run games a lot better, but we got this one since the old laptop crapped out and we needed something more reliable for the wife's schooling. It runs day decent so far, just was curious how smooth I could actually get the game to run on this one. -

Good for you, doesn't pertain to my question though.
