A big part of this community, like any other community, is 90,99999% composed of pro-wannabe and dicks especially when in charge of defending a particular gamestyle. You should not feel surprised about that.

If you're talking about the "hero" skin, it's clearly better than the usual survivor skin. It feels more dirty for someone adapting to a harsh world where other peoples shoots at you and where you have to be covered from the weather. The standard survivor skin feels like "oh hey, I'm a business man with a gilet and a hat".

Are the skin textures from PMC like the normal survivor one, right? I'd like to see it with decent textures :rolleyes:

No but someone in the high grounds said that it's extremely lame. From my point of view it's not worth the pain in the eyes to play like this only because nights are pitch black.

To press a button does not requires much brainpower. Anyway, the forum is so slow that sometimes is easier and faster to press a button than to wait 10-15 seconds to begin to type something.

From my side I see that DE10 is currently offline.

On alpha release of the standalone game there will be a discount because it will be still an alpha, I think the game will be raised to full price when a stable beta/1.0 is released.

Pod was trying to suggest a little change from -6 to -4 and I think that might be a good idea because atm due to pitch black nights it's hard to play in the morning; with this time change we will have nearly an entire daylight time during all the day to prime time.

AS50 TWS are spawned by hackers, they are illegal but actually you can't be Battleye banned for using one of them.

Sure is strange that you confere so much "realism power" to a piece of cloth when the game is literally screwed from duping items, duping bodies, corpses firing rays of glitch, ankward gravity, hackers with teleport/morphing/god-like powers, auto-refilling magazines, the ability to put a 1,5 meters rifle inside a little backpack, the ability to recover from bullet holes just by eating a piece of grilled meat, the ability to heal a broken leg with a morphine injection. If you are so much realism-concerned then you should already commited a virtual suicide due to all those realism breaking things. The irony (really?) here is that you really don't care about realism, you are only worried that you lost your anonymity so it will be hard to kill everyone/trick noobs. Yes, I know I don't have any clue about what's on your mind but from what you posted you sure are screaming this.

In civil countries if you cover your face/head it must be because you are either a criminal or going to commit a crime. So, I think this is the case.

1. Install Arma 2 in any folder you want. 2. Download OA from steam. 3. Make sure you started the two games at least once. 4. Follow the guides to install DayZ inside Operation Arrowhead folder. Don't worry, OA will recover any information needed about Arma 2 from your windows registry.
