Shouldn't matter anyways. It is so easy to get loot. Yea, it sucks....but that's part of the fun. Try and look positively about this and go hunt more loot.

Even though I'd like to point out the game is still in Alpha, I would rather say I agree. Zombies should coming running full sprint, at the sound of gun fire. There should be a penalty for firing a weapon. I like the idea, always have. There needs to be a bigger risk when killing other players. Right now it's too easy. I killed 6 people and had time to loot them in Elektro a few days ago with ease. 3 of them were in a group together and heavily armed. I should've triggered zombie aggro or something. No way I should've killed that many people and had time to loot. I think it would make the game more fun personally.

I killed a guy with an Splitting Axe a few nights ago. His body slid on the floor out the building and bounced back several times until I clicked Remove Body. Weird, but ok.

Actually, if you saw ALL of the Romero zombie movies, you will see he has sprinting zombies as well. When Zack Snyder redid The Dawn of the Dead in 2004, Romero was impressed with the sprinting zombies. However, if you jog from zombies in the standalone, after about 2-3 minutes, they lose interest and stop chasing you.

If you have an iPhone, there is a new DayZ Standalone map app there. Not sure if it will meet your needs.

Don't get so defensive there hero. He was just making a suggestion, and I doubt he was at all serious. Do you really think that Rocket would EVER add this idea to the Standalone? Not in a million years.

School house/office building in Elecktro. It's called both for some reason, even though I've never seen a desk or chalkboard in that building. Anyway, there and in the pubs, upstairs. I've seen them more in those 2 locations. If you want a long range scope, I've found a bunch at NWAF in the tents north of the strip.

Sad thing is, sometimes they don't show themselves.

I decided to take position on one of my old sniper spots in Cherno. So far I have racked up 47 bandit kills and 22 survivor kills. I am still alive with only a few M24 rounds left. I'm on my last can on beans and soda. Hopefully, I will get break my personal record before I die or run out of supplies. The most kills ever gotten on a single life for me is 74. Going for 75 or 80, depending on my ammo. Wish me luck.

See that....and just think, last week some scrub was bitching about not having an AS50.

Make sure you use disinfectant on your bandages. You can transfer sickness by way of dirty bandage, or so I've been told.

That's because WarZ is and was a shit game with bad anti hacks(which it still does). It was a mod of War Inc. which is free on steam. Also, not a very good game. I hate when people try to compare WarZ to DayZ. They are 2 different games, running 2 different game engines. WarZ came and failed like everyone expected. DayZ is out and will succeed. Have faith young sir.

There are other ways to prevent death by sickness. You can find an epi pen, give yourself saline or blood bag, or antibiotics. They are not hard to find. If you're having problems, then you might wanna research where they spawn. Now the saline and blood bag will replenish your health as you continue to search for meds. They won't cure you. I recommend taking vitamins as well to boost your immune system.
