Yea, that's not a safe server. It happened to me yesterday. Thankfully I was able to close DayZ before the hacker killed me.

I think you should indefinately keep your "Bandit" status once you accumulate over 5 murders. Should also keep a bandit skin with NO chance of hiding it with a Guille suit or Camo clothing. I for one would love players to see me coming to kill them as a bandit. I think the only way to redeem yourself from bandit back to survivor, should be by killing 5 or more bandits.

Sounds like a glitch to me. Try looking for another spawn.

Yes, it WAS legit. However, the hacker/admin restarted the server and wiped the item boxes and changed the message on the screen. Now if you run there, you get sniped. Was funny.

What if I'm using an AS50 Sniper Rifle? I looted one off a helicopter crash site. Would you suspect me as a hacker?

Try loggin into a low population server and see if you can log into it. If you can, then your computer may be having trouble logging into larger server due to the speed of the computer. Try setting the graphic settings to lowest and see if that helps.

Yup, hackers have found a way to bypass Battle Eye. Hopefully something is being done to stop them.

I logged into the server my clan plays on and found that all of our camps were wiped clean. We had 4 vehicles to include the UZA, Ural, V3S, and PickUp Truck. Our vehicles were scattered on the map between our camps. Even places that had wire in the doorways were cleared. I ran to Electro on my server and where a bus was once crashed into the Electro Church just this morning, is now also gone. Anyone else know what happened?? Or has this happened to anyone elses home server??

I got one question.... Why the hell didnt you loot some kickass weapons and ammo then log off that server?? I mean, you did nothing wrong. A hacker pulled you there, take advantage of it.

That server kicks and bans people to make room for their friends, I have heard them in game chat talk about this. Which is very dumb on their part.

I laughed at the amazement of the one guy calling it a forest fire.....LOL
