Folks, there comes a time when you drift into trying to make a reality show and not a game. People asking for babies and faeces and other traits of the species, but at the end of the day it is supposed to be fun and an interesting pun on the old run-and-gun. It rhymes. So it must be true.

It's like that moment when you try playing The Sims, and quickly ascertain that the life/work cycle can be a ball-ache enough, but to want to then have the stress of organising other people's lives when I can't get past the lame-excuses-stage with regard to getting some exercise in my own friggin' life is intolerable. That's not a game, it's unpaid fking chores.

Who said either bothered us? We're all naked under our jim-jams, and in the context of a video game graphic violence is great. What has it got to do with principles? Even if it had, who are you to judge other people's principles? It works both ways...some people find that thing you do with sheep offensive. ;) -

It's a game. Realism has to stop somewhere. I don't want servers to have monthly rampages of women hunting down sheep or cotton-wool. Where will it end? Remember to clean your ears in-game or you could get impacted ear-wax. Too much. Far too much, The danger is the game will get to the point where it is ultra real, but not fun. If a game isn't fun, it's unpaid work. -
What has Steam got to do with it? Personally I got fed up with the "I-was-in-the-military-so-demand-respect-for-fuck-all' dickheads with their bad attitudes, over-inflated egos and heads firmly up their own arsehole that littered the ARMA community...so, swings and roundabouts. These people need to learn - Just because you were in the military, doesn't automatically mean you're not a cunt.

I used to play Battlefield 2 competitively for a clan and I swear one of our servers was haunted. I'd be on their on my own and hear a buggy rev up in the distance and other noises. I didn't feel alone. As for DayZ...weirdest thing I have seen so far is a guy's head poking through a wall whilst he was glitching a view of his surroundings. -
