Well I'm going back to Vilayer, they are not great when it comes to support but they at least have a ticket system and will reply on a timely fashion also you can actually fix the problems yourself if you find the answer online because they won't lock you out of your core config files like dayz.st does. This is my last e-mail to them 2 days ago and they still chose to ignore it: Yes, I am screaming out of frustration.

I usually hang out on the Epoch forums but decided to register here and do the community a favor because no paying customer deserves to be treated like I am being by Dayz.ST. I had some issues with my previous host and decide to give these guys a try. Big mistake! The control pannel sucks, it has ZERO FLEXIBILITY, they took the time to code some gimmick live map but completely overlooked the actual game settings. With Dayz.ST you won't be allowed to pick an exact server start time, no access to BEC, no access to dificulty settings and the list goes on. Their servers have these HORRIBLE LAG spikes, from what I read on other threads it is most likely due to CPU bottleneck because they cram too many slots into one machine. They offer NO SUPPORT system, no ticket system only a IRC channel that never has any staff. You are left with e-mail as the only option for support, but THEY TAKE FOREVER to reply, I'm talking 3 days to get an answer to your e-mail that completely ignores your request and solves nothing. I've been trying to get these guys to turn off auto aim on my server for 5 days now, my last e-mail to them was over 24 hours ago and they still haven't replied. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM DAYZ.ST.

Dayz.ST is HORRIBLE! Their control panel is very restrictive and won't allow you to choose your server time, they won't let you customize your dificulty settings and other simple things that you are allowed to change with any other host. Also they will provide you with NO SUPPORT AT ALL! I've been emailing them back and forward for almost a week, it took them 3 days to reply to my first e-mail only to completely ignore my request. All I want is to have auto aim disabled on my server and they are refusing to help. also their servers have these terrible lag spikes, they gave me a 50 slot server but it lags with only 5 people online. It got so frustrating to the point I am purchasing another slot with a different host and will hit them with a charge back.
