I'm about 90 hrs within the first 2 weeks of buying it. I blame the fact I broke my leg in mid Dec as my excuse for playing so much. I love this game!

I use a xbox controller for long travels in game but I hate using it any other time. I'm using xpadder to map out the buttons but it is a major pain in the ass with buttons not working half the time, I select a weapon then i go to pull it out then automatically put it away. There is a million buttons on this game & until Rocket figures out a good in game button combo for the controller, I will be sticking to a mouse & keyboard.

I can't believe people are complaining about bambi's knocking out fully geared players. First everyone is either up in arms about KoSing or they're loving it since they play bandit all day everyday but now bandits want to get pissed about getting punched. Seriously? Take a fist to the face & please simmer down. smh

And clouds! Don't forget about losing those clouds! Only time they are helpfully is on night time servers with your gamma & brightness all the way up. Please hurry with night vision googles Dean!

Never get to attached with your gear. For all you know one of your friends trolled you or someone ghosted you. You were at the Northeast Airfield so it wouldn't surprise me one bit. There will be many more chances to get geared up to the max. (Pro tip : Mess around in your inventory while you're running)

I mean it isn't like Dean Hall is going to show up with a swat team to take you out for doing it. I highly recommend it & it is a plus it makes it easier to see people. :)

This might sound simply retarded but it would be really neat if they added camera's in the game as loot. Ever since the invention of the camera the face of war has changed. The true brutal nature of war can be caught much better in a single photo sometimes than any live recording could ever try to do. Imagine wondering through a town searching for water and food but you come across polaroids scattered across the floor. Covered in blood with person laying on the ground rolled to the side with them looking directly into the camera with a gun pointed in their face.......this would creep me out more than any bandit. Imagine the things you could do with this. Maybe leave a picture trail with clues to the next photo to lead a sucker to an ambush. You could make bulletin boards where other players could leave their own photos of their journeys, bandit adventures or great times with there friends.

My longest lasting character made it 26 hrs. I know I can do better damnit!

I've come across Long Range Scopes at the Air Traffic Control Tower. Last time I found one it had spawned on the desk next to the lockers but was half way inside the desk. They can be found but usually aren't seen unless you're looking for something other than that. lol

People can complain all they want about the Alpha state of the game, but we all knew what we were signing on to. I've waited months on end for this to release and to even be able to play it right now is a blessing to me. Sure I'd love more weapons & maybe a few cars to make traveling quicker but how else will I learn the map if I don't explore it with my own two digital feet? In two weeks of owning this game I'm at almost a 100 hrs & I look forward to 100's more in the months and years to come. Thank you Rocket!

If you depend on IGN reviews to make your gaming decisions for you then shame on you people. Never once have I died from not finding food or not having water. This must be a review from some coastal city jumping twat. I recommend you go inland & stop bitching please. In a year things will be very different & you agreed to take part in testing & crafting the game, hints as why the forums even exist. smh

I'd pack it in for the night & hit the shores tomorrow. If you play this game with emotional distress turned up to max it will most likely get you killed.

Actually I have yet to fuck anyone over in the game. Maybe someday if we play online I can change that. ;)

I know when server sizes jump to 100 or more people are going to be really happy about extra room to breath on the map. The more up north you get the less chances you have on seeing anyone unless you're going to a Military Base or Air Field.

Im trying to run low for fps purposes until I build a new rig so I will most likely never be caught on a night time server sadly. :(

I suggest changing your server filter to 24/7 day until you see a change log with this in it because who knows when this will happen. The gama trick doesn't work as well if you disable clouds btw
