It's a bug that found it's way into stable with the hotfix.

I really hope the future will change the game further. 0.49 introduced less high-end guns and a little less ammo ( was still flooded with mags though). I just hope this continues and especially ammo gets really rare, at least if you need a certain type of ammo. I had 2 friendly contacts since patch release, but I started to KOS due achieve my goals (in military areas after dying twice :D ). Want to test things out and repawn all the time.

Night gameplay will get rivived with the new renderer. Right now you have only 2 options for night: Pitch black, so you can't abuse gamma bug or a "normal" night with tons of people exploiting gamma bug. I like playing in the night, but I won't until new renderer is in place and working ;)

I think the RPK will be mountable on vehicles ( I think Dean said so - not sure ). So RPK will have it's purpose for fire supriority in a fight / fighting back attacks. While it is too heavy to carry it around over huge distances it makes you to a "fire support squad mate". So it will have it's purpose if you are playing in a squad.

Yeah baby ! More diverse ammo for different guns ( actually the ammo they use in real life ) -> less ammo of the same type over all -> less wild wild west shooting, because there ammo is getting higher value :) I hope this will hit a point where you have to think twice before you open fire on someone :)

Maybe a bug or removed from the loot table, but it is an already known bug.

hi, I was wondering why the MP5 does not fit into backpack since it is a SMG beeing really really short compared to AKM or M4. This does not make sense to me. Would have been a great combination with Mosin+LRS and MP5 ( ofc sacreficising a lot of space in backpack( like 3 slots down and full to the side or something like that ) What do you think about it?

My brother met 4 cheaters today, managed to kill 2 of them. I believe him telling me they were teleporting around and putting away his gun after he shot the first of them. After he woke up ( didn't kill him first ) he managed to kill a second one with his mp5. He thinks they were russian ( language ingame ). First encounter of cheater for about 200 h of gameplay. I think there aren't so many cheaters. It just feels like they are a lot more than they actually are. Just hoping BE and VAC bans then one by one :)

Well we tested it. For someone that has a mosin this is an amazing gun. If you have to fight CQB it empties its 15 round clip so fast. Imagine doing that on ~10 meters into the chest of an enemy :) I think the space it takes is ok

Yep. Bipod has no effect on AKM, thats why I am not using it.

I think I found ~ 10 now since patch release. All in barracks. Still waiting for people that want an AKM as well :)

You are so wrong. If you don't find one, you don't find one. This is not a "I travel for so long now - time for a reward" or "I have only 2 hours per day - I want everything right off the start" game. I think you won't play the game anymore once it is fully release and it's even "more" rare. Stop complaining about AKMs. Most people won't be able to maintain a car. Then you will start saying "I travel from east to west - time for my car as a reward"
