    Being KoS'ed is worse, of course. It's better than looking at a blank screen saying "You are dead" and half the time not know what the hell happened. Interaction>KoS'ed

    Basically this. If I spawn and get held up relatively soon, I'm going to see if I can get a lucky hit to their head with whatever I have on hand. If I'm decently kitted out and a group of people decide to hold me up I would be way more inclined to go along with it (if they don't sound like complete douches) than one person attempting to hold me up LET ALONE try and handcuff me.
