Check out "theradbrad" his playing this game too but look funny. Same here buddy. I'm 40 this year and still playing games. This DayZ really kick some ass. Unlike you however, I tend to give a wide berth to any contact, I'm the Lone ranger type but maybe when the game is fully release I might going in and help the new spawn.

I am using Windows 8.1 and so far I have no issue at all besides other than the game being an Alpha.

the current existence of head wear is already suffice I should say. But the payday mask should be scrap away and replace with a hockey mask or any other type mask?

why not replace the payday mask with something else, like the special forces use. Just a face mask, something like my avatar. And a large goggle beside the rayban.

At least spawn with random item rather than the frickin torch light. Maybe a screw driver, a baseball bat, axe, knife, bayonet or bullets? A small pouch with 6 or 8 slots. All I see in this game, people wants to find gun and then KoS. At least, when zombies hear the gun shot, they will rush to your location like crazy., knowing there is a food there. And your killer have a hard time to run and loot your corpse at the sametime. -

I was spray painting my mosin too than it was gone from my inventory. I panicked!! Suddenly I can see it a few feet off me to the right on the ground. Pheww..got back my mosin. Not sure about others but this was what happen to me just now. So if you in a building or a room, try to find it in the surrounding area. -

This are my PC laptop. I set everything on "very high" but I'm able to get 32-35 FPS. Desktop or laptop? Desktop Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition (running at stock) 4.0Ghz, 16Mb cache. Graphic Card: Sapphire HD 7970 3GB (GPU:935/Mhz:1385) RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz SSD? Yes, Corsair Neutron GTX240GB I have problem to play ARMA3 as well, I can never get higher FPS with ARMA engine. My PC have no issue with other games. Perhaps the Dev can look into this matter once they are free or before Alpha or Beta or even the full game come out.

yeah a bike would be nice or bicycle. The second one should be abundant in real world if a zombie apocalypse did happen as it did not need gas just a replaceable parts. So why not Day Z.

I found my first mosin in one of the apartment/flat house near Cherno. My second is inside a wreck car near a well at Pustoshka.

As for me, any humans I see is consider hostile until otherwise was confirmed. I have 51 hours in the game and so far being nice got me killed 3 times. Lesson learn: I will avoid any contact with survivors whether they are arm or not.
