Well it seems to me that the ones that hop from server to server will be the first casualties of DayZ because they are likely to be the ones that will get sick of the game and not play it any more, because they are not likely to run around for hours collecting loot, after this timer for logging in and out comes in the next patch. Is this a good thing or a bad thing ? its good that the hoppers are fewer but then so will the players ? even with this new patch implemented they can still hop a minimum of every 5 minutes although it would be slightly more peril involved with the 30 sec logging out penalty implemented I would say it would hurt the combat loggers or the innocent player trying to avoid getting killed mostly

your dreaming ,, you live in your own little world trying to impress your view on others ,,, they don't give a crap ,,,get it...peeps want to play there own game not your idea of it ,,, look down any server list in the evening and you will find most day servers full or nearly full,,,and night servers struggling for players and thats a fact ...so deal with that

This is very true you can be very lucky and find loads in a short while but mostly you cannot, and when its bad its very bad, and you will nor survive if you stay on a single server TBH I am fed up of these peeps saying things are easy,,,,, to have any chance to survive you have to log on to a smaller populated server and know which houses spawn all the loot, and hope its still there when you get there, or have friends to help you ,,,,,,other than that you cannot stay on the same server and survive simple

It seems to me that server hopping as got very much worse since the lack of loot and the increase of night servers . So what did the developers expect to happen when they implemented this change ? There is no point blaming the peeps who bought the game to enjoy it, not every one understands the fact that the game is in Alpha testing mode, and a lot don't care ...they just want to enjoy the game since they paid quite a lot of money to have the game And unfortunately, that my friend is what you can expect

beans sent nice read Pitting your whits against every thing and every body and the environment of the game, is what makes this game thrilling and fun,, The danger and threat of been killed and the exhilaration of winning a fight, or even the excitement of finding the loot you have to find to survive.or protect your self, Even the moral code that you choose to exercise within the game adds greatly to the experience, it may be good, bad, or a mixed bag ...YOU get to choose how you play, and you either enjoy the results or suffer the consequences of poor decisions or just poor dam luck ,,,,,and if you manage to successfully navigate across the map then this could be more thrilling for some than any other experience but all in all this put together make for a great game

2 points or small things that i would like to be added to DZ point 1 I would like a Off line mode at the start of the loading in page for viewing your character and inventory in his/hers bags and pockets and health status and general information and it would be good if you could collect and save at least one extra suit of clothes in a bank or a certain amount of different clothing attire to swop and change your guys as and when you feel you have to for example ... if there are different weather conditions on the maps bla bla bla of course if your man dies then you would loose every thing point 2 Also it would be nice if the name or ID OF each server that you joined was displayed when you hit the information button while you were still in game, because it can be very annoying if you loose connection or cannot find your last played on server, so that you can rejoin? or add to favorites I know the servers should show up in your resent activity log but some times the log does not show it and if it does the the logs are never in the order of last joining and if you join a server and enjoy it well unless you can remember the name or id your hard pushed to find it

you no listen big time .... history tab does not place recent activity in order OF the most recent first dude so x,,,,,,, i wish peeps would listen to what they read, if they bothered to read it in the first place that is

Its amazing how easy it is to miss a target especially if the target is close some factors to consider that may cause you to miss your target A. Panic shoots B. The target is moving c. The server is a little laggy d. The target is two far away e shooting too many rounds too quickly f. using damaged weapons, clips, and or ammo some or most of these factors combined together, will mean that some of the players wonder why they cant hit a barn door

you don't have to kill a hero for a weapon,he will most likely give your a spare weapon if asked.....that the difference

my big issue is losing your man after a spawn for no real reason except poor hive connection,, after spending hours collecting bags food and clothes and managing to survive in this new loot less patch, and then poor spawn and poof all gone in an instance, what a soul destroyer.... if there is any one thing that would stop me from playing DayZ its this problem that needs fixing like yesterday ho, and of course i hate hackers,,, protection ? that needs keeping on top off

As hero's why not just ware the red berry or any berry as a sign of good will, it stands out quite well and peeps will soon put the word around about using the red berry as a sign that you mean good will !

night servers less loot spawns OK I posted this before on another post but i would like to know what you guys think about the current state of Alpha Dayz This post is about the effects that night and day servers and fewer loot spawns have within my time zone of Europe and perhaps other time zones, and been able to play the game? because the day and night run parallel with real life and it makes it hard to play the game if you can only play day servers, or only like to play day servers OK we all know it Alpha and we must not complain bla bla bla but here are some general points i would like to make about current Alpha recently on the last patch we have had more night servers and far less loot and weapon spawns and fewer buildings that have loot and weapon spawns in then, so IN MY OPINION Making the loot and weapons rarer and rarer, and turning a lot of servers into night mode "actually at night" , is causing more and more server hopping and its getting insanely difficult to find a day server to spawn on,especially you are with friends or clan x2 or more, because most day servers are full or nearly full and thats funny because: then you find that most of the night servers a nearly empty or half full or empty ? so why so many night servers ? it sucks When you do actually mange to access a day serve, most of the time every thing as been looted by the current population and server hoppers, and it is likely that you will starve to death if you stay on the same server It make me laugh when you see peeps droning on about how we must have night servers for realism , and then when you look at the server listings most peeps are on or looking for the the day servers and a huge imbalance is caused with players, loot, and servers my suggestions is to leave the loot as it used to be then get rid of of lot of night servers and have the developers concentrate there efforts on getting the game mechanics rights first, in my opinion that would help progress the game quicker and stop this server hopping, for weapons and loot, because its spoiling the game play,and even if its just in Alpha mode peeps still need to have fun playing the game and if the players don't play the game the testing just take longer and the game will progress a lot slower I suppose there will be an element of readers that totally disagree with this summery, but i would like to bet that there are far more that do agree were this night server and spawn problem is affecting your fun in the game

Its all the animals they have been given the default sounds in the game till they sort out the real sounds for each animal, so thats why you here those noises most of the time when all is quite because its the RABBITS AND RAVENS making them noises

correct, thx All i am saying is that I feel night servers are fine in there correct proportions maximum of 50/50, but having mostly night servers running at peak times (actually at night ) in the reagion of 80/20 is in my opinion unfair to the guys that like to or can only play day servers and who work all day and can only play in the evening Trying to force peeps to play night servers by vastly decreasing the day servers is just unfair even if its for testing purposes, there should be some kind of fair moderation between night and day just saying thats all, in my opinion Alpha should not come into this equation
