Not impossible, more like 99.9% chance of being non-friendly. My 2 buddies and I were having a hardcore shootout with some other randos on sniper hill above Elektro and this random dude full decked out sneaks up behind my buddy and asks him what's going on/and if my friend is friendly. He could have easily taken my buddy out with one shot but he didn't. Too bad for him though, I came up behind him when he was voice chatting my buddy and I shot him in the head. We needed his mosin and long range scope.

5 min wait is not really that long lolz. Tbh, there's no real need to continually do server hoping. Just go one ONE empty or very little populated and hit up one the major towns or military base and you should be good to go. And, when you think about it, waiting 5 minutes is not nearly as long as running to the airfields from any major city :rolleyes:

Possible, but HIGHLY unlikely.

The damn sound bugs alone make me jump ALL the time (splitting ammo, reloading, opening a soda, eating - except you know they're sound bugs when they don't make the full sound, only a split second of it), especially during an intense fight when I'm on edge.

I want to use colored text too! Welcome do DayZ (to those that dislike the new combat log system). Don't want to spend another 5 minutes to run to a safer area like a dense forest in bush? Your fault if you die within that 30 seconds. Want to YOLO and log out in the middle of a street? Your fault if you die within that 30 seconds. Found a safe spot but still died within that 30 seconds? Your fault, should have logged out in a safer area. Still found an uber safe spot but still died within that 30 seconds? Your SOL. Welcome to DayZ. I don't see any other ways to argue this and get the main point of DayZ logging system across. This is by the far the simplest and easiest fix for combat loggers and server hoppers and I love it.

Bumpin it! Had a crazy firefight 2 nights ago in Elektro, I got owned though :p. We're workin on some of the lag issues on the server so bear with it (if it hasn't been fixed already xD).

Then you don't really know that person :rolleyes: Imo, betrayal amongst real friends shouldn't happen. If it does, they were never your friend to begin with lolz. Someone you just met with the last week on these forums to play with are not your friends and you should be cautious among them. But like others said, betrayal is part of the game, but imo it's that person's fault for being betrayed to begin with.
