I am already using borderless window.. and my resolution keeps going back to 75% for no actual reason. No matter what. I really need help in understanding why using that borderless window program will still set back my res to 75%. Dunno about the second method.

Problem is, you can't stream full screen games, they need to be fullscreen borderless, and that applies to every game that is full screen :\

I can stream the game but the resolution would stay at 75%, if i ever try to change the resolution to 100%(1920x1080) it will change itself back at 75% as soon as i leave the graphics settings screen in the game. This bugs me as the quality is really blurry and bad at 75% compared to 100%. I've seen streamers streaming the game while at 1980x1020 so i know that it's possible i just can't seem to get it right. Please help, i 've been trying for days now. Thanks a lot!
