Well all you seem to do is walk in empty fields and follow roads alone.. I thought that maybe they should use the song "Green Day - Boulevard of Dreams" as a theme tune/song... Like on the main menu screen... I know to get rights to it would probably be too much effort and maybe money? But how fucking funny would that be? Like it's not even the Genre of music I like.. But it's just funny that, that's basically what you do on DayZ! Right, People who are playing the SA... Until the game is actually released, is this going to be the game? Or are we going to get updates, e.g when vehicles are sorted out, will there be an update for us so vehicles are on it? Or do we have to wait for release?

Okay so, personally I think the zombies have a bit too much health or take too much to kill. You get hit once off one and you're bleeding to death, they must have some long ass nails or a good arm for a powerful slap. Anyway, I think the zombies should have reduced health, purely due to the fact that they take about 15 hits to kill (melee). I think it's too much, you beat the bitch with a wrench and then it can hit you a couple times and your playing in black and white for the rest of your DayZ life. And then more zombies to be put in the game, as you only see 1 every blue moon. Just Idea's, Maybe you agree, maybe you disagree..

This is why I said "I know to get the rights would be too much effort and money" I understand all that, it was just a mad idea I thought. But yes, They should have a competition to see who can make the best piece of music and use it, it would be a good event for the company and get people involved and also it would be a lot cheaper than buying rights.

I think it should be something that is calm but kinda puts that uneasy feeling on you.. Like something is going to happen any minute?..

I think this is used in too many zombie things though tbh, it needs something different, it's own. If they buy me a music production programme I'd happily have a go at making a DayZ only theme tune :D

Yes, it will have an official release date, like where it's out of the Alpha state and people can buy the finished product?...

They need to have some sort of theme tune on it, that is optional to turn on and off. But like when you're in a field and nothing is going on, a tune comes on to kind of give you something to listen to! Although it could put you at a disadvantage, cause if a guy is trying to shoot you and you can't hear it over the music, it wouldn't be too clever would it haha. They should definitely put a theme tune on the menu's though..

You know, the backing track actually got me on this one, Just had it in my head, walking down a road with that on, few lads maybe? It's like a country beat/theme or something isn't it? Haha

Maybe you guys are right, it is a zombie based game at the end of the day, maybe I'm just being a mard arse :lol:

Ahh, See I'm new (around 10 hours play time) And I've never come across a fire axe, Always crow bars and hammers. If it's not been mentioned I also think there should be more loot, or hidden/rare loot. That would be cool.

Okay, so I've only played around 8 hours of this game, I've seen fields... And that's about it, every time I find some decent loot and a good place, some absolute dick comes along and just shoots you with no warning, they don't try to communicate at all. I have no weapon, Or at least no ammo to fire back. I find an army camp kind of thing, and I find 1 weapon.. What is this? Like really? There was around 20 tents.. and 1 gun, oh and no ammo whatsoever... I have died around 6 times already and then I get to see more fields and the sea for a while. Anyone else think people should at least try to communicate, because it's kinda getting on my balls now, dying every time I'm actually getting somewhere on the game. Rant over, Cheers. :D

I'm new and I try to be nice, don't get me wrong I've seen a few people... Literally a few (2 or 3) people who are actually alright, I teamed up with a guy and we did alright, until some asshole killed us both, While I was with this guy we saw another guy, we spoke and he passed by fine, but the majority of the people on DayZ just shoot you for nothing. The amount of times I've spawned, found nothing even worth taking and been killed is ridiculous, I wouldn't mind but if they wanted something and I didn't really need it, I'd more than likely give them something if they asked. But no one knows how to communicate.

Cheers lads. Just had a proper rage, Just pissed me off tbh. I find good gear and get fucked. Haha. I'll learn it all and kill the little bitches! Is there any way you can tell if someone is a bandit?
