    DayZ SA: Very bad Stuttering on battleye severs.

    It seems it has fixed itself for me. I had the problem, so I searched for it and found this post. After seeing it doesn't happen on servers without BE; I decided to join one and try. And of course the stutter didn't appear. So I left the server and joined a protected server and the problem disappeared. I am not sure how or why it's fixed. But I'm happy it fixed itself and I wish good luck to everyone else.
