May b not but it also is not helpful.... Specially as there are no server logs and 6 of 30ppl on a server dye in the same town at the same time (from what sound like that new silence .22 pistol)

Hi mate i run a server and no mater what time you set it to it is NOT DARK... So as u say i believe the patch has disabled/broken it
