Yeah it happened to me once. We were at a water well and I had just gotten done drinking. Alt-Tabbed for a a minute and when I tabbed back in my m4 decided it wanted to spit hot fire right into my friend's torso. He was dead and I remorsefully guarded his body while he ran back. :P -

Have alittle faith. Do you think Rocket and his team want to make a shitty game? Of course not, you bought the pre-alpha version. I have zero doubts that this game will grow into one of the best PC games on the market. The devs havent even scratched the surface of things to come, and with that I ask you, the humble pre-alpha participant, to bite your demanding tongue, and be patient. -

In my opinion, learn people. Notes in their voice that giveaway an upcoming betrayal, be able to recognize sincerity in someones voice, estimate what your firefight opponent is going to do before he does it, and react appropriately. :) -

I used to get really really mad and curse and have to walk away. That was for like my first 20 hours of playing. After that...I die significantly less often and my reaction is usually "Oh well, whatever". To quote a wise unknown Day Z player: "Don't get attached to your gear".

I would love to see it, but its probably not going to happen. I hope it does though -
Imo I think the shotgun will be just fine, esp with slugs. Its all about strategy, same with the pistol. If youre in an urban area you might have to burn a shell or two to force your opponent back into cover while you advance/reload. I cant wait :D

Has anyone tried using a cleaning kit on their gun after they painted it? It makes sense that if you paint your weapon it might become jammed or gummed up -
Yes yes yes yes. It would only help the game. A zombie apocalypse doesn't involved zombies chewing out your alternator. Cars should work like they did in the mod. Some damaged, some ok, but out of gas, etc.
