Love the Blue Waffle shard #3. Been playing on it for weeks and its always full no matter the time of day. However today, I had really bad expedience and I wont be playing there again anytime. Basically my squad and I encountered a hacker on their #3 private shard and while that wasn't enough to deter us it was more the reaction of several of its members on their TS when I went to try and report the hacker to their respective admins. Anyway not trying to bash on them as whole because I realize the attitude I encountered of a few doesn't necessarily reflect the whole but more so wanted to caution people about playing on private shard #3.

Ran with a small squad of 3 people for about 4-5 hrs during peak times and didn't have any issues like I had been experiencing before. So between uninstalling AVG and the changes you made to BE I've seen a dramatic improvement. However as I browse this thread I see a number of people still reporting these same issues. I'll continue to test and report back as needed.

Ran with a small group of 3 people for most of the evening and had no issues at all. Things are looking promising... more testing is still needed.

I think you both are approaching this all wrong. Lets stop the bickering between one another and lets work together to resolve this. Clearly there are some misconceptions and inaccuracies. We all agree there is a problem impacting a large portion of the community, Again I ask what data do you or anyone from BE or Dayz SA dev/staff need from the community to help isolate the issue? Willing to help anyway I can. On a side note. I was able to play most of the day today without much of an issue. Now at what I assume is peak time the game is unplayable for me no matter the server I choose. P.S. Not my internet connection. Getting normal speeds and having no issue with other games at ultra settings.

Just to confirm our theory about ammo boxes. Just looted one and in 5 mins I started desyncing with 5 friends around me none of which I could see but they could see me. Left the server went to another medium pop dropped the ammo box and went back to my friends on the previous server and so far no issues and its been an hour.

Fair enough and thank you for the quick reply. As someone who is experiencing this issue every single day and night since Jan 8th I'm eager to get this desync issue resolved. So regardless of BE what can I do to get you some solid data? I'll give you all the info on my PC, connection, etc. I'm about to meet up with some friends and will likely experience the issue again. Video, screen caps what will help you most immediately? Willing to do whatever it takes. Just let me know how I can help.

As a player who wants to play this game I appreciate your efforts in looking into this issue. Based upon the amount of desync posts and complaints I think you will agree there is certainly a problem here. Understandably its been extremely hard to pinpoint but I think between the community and you all (dev's) we'll get this righted it will just take time. I hope for all our sakes your investigation continues and didn't stop after 30 minutes of testing/ trying to duplicate. I really think the community would be at ease here if we had some additional communication on whats being done to fix this issue specifically and the community can kinda rally around your efforts to help test and duplicate.

I tried this as well. Had 2 ammo boxes and protector case. Looted them and then dumped on a server then joined a new server and was able to play with my friends for about 2hrs then it started happening again.

double tap W and run in place.. you will lag again and it will spit you out.

As described in my prior post http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/163942-dayz-sa-unplayble-since-18/ the game has been unplayable for me since the 8th. After a lot of trouble shooting my friend may have found the fix that worked for me. Sharing in hopes it works for the rest of you. Close out of Dayz and Steam completely. Find steam on your desktop or start window and right click the steam icon and click run as administrator. Load up Dayz and see if that works for you. Hope its the fix. Best of luck to you all. I'm not sure how to do that but with some instruction I would be happy too. Is there a post or something I missed officially about this? I have a team of about 7-10 other players that are not having any of the issues I am. I'd prefer to not base my hopes of a fix on what the word is.

I purchased Dayz SA on the weekend of the 4th and up until the 8th I had none of the issues I'm now facing. The game has become virtually unplayable for me, literally. I log on to any server low pop or high pop, great ping or decent ping and instantly I'm not able to equip any items at all or move any items on my toon or in my inventory. I can run, jump, crouch all with no issues at all. However when running with teammates (more then 5) they tell me over comms that they are right next to me, in front, beside, or behind but I can not see them. When I attempt to draw my weapon they see my weapon become equipped in my hands but on my screen the weapon never moves and stays on my shoulder. I've been killed several times by zombies I never see but hear, and other players I never see but certainly hear the trash talk. I've spent hours combing over blogs, youtube vids, other forums trying to figure out my issue to no avail. I've tried everything literally I could think of or found that seemed half way plausible or thought out. I've changed every setting in the game, changed setting on steam, verified game files several times, and even uninstalled and re-installed, again to no avail. I'm certain that the issue is not my PC or connection. I play a ton of other online games such as WoW on ultra settings with 25 other people on screen and never see latency/FPS drop. Any help or direction the dev team or community in general could give here would be greatly appreciated. I've thoroughly enjoyed the game thus far despite its alpha state and would like to get back to running with my teammates again. Thanks, Internet Connection:
