yeah i also noticed lack of loot in places where no one has been, i though they were reducing the amount of guns and book bags that spawn not actual supplies, im running around thirsty as hell cant even find soda. -
lel I was running next to people last night on nigh servers after the patch, whispering to people and you should've seen them scramble cause they have the flashlights on and they cant find me, that was a lot of fun, i freaked out a few yesterday, like i was standing around with just the axe so when they turn around I yell HI!

thats how some people play buddy, theres nothing you can do about it unfortunately. Just be careful next time. This game teaches you not to trust anything or anyone, if the town looks clear its probably full of bandits, go in with that mentality and you should be alright -
I understand if someone startles you and you just blast them, but to sit there camp and wait for someone to come by and rape them thats just grimey, unfortunetly theres nothing any of us can do as people choose to play a certain way, the game is gonna be much harder once the vehicles come out and that should start breaking up the bandits and the rampant KoS, as there is nothing to do now but hunt your fellow man that seems to be the norm now.

OMG another post about someone dying, really?! Shit happens this is alpha, they told you this, don't buy the game yet there are glitches wait till theres more work done to it. Yeah ppl get killed in this game and it dont make sence, get over it, pull up your panties and go loot.

i seem to keep going through my past characters, sometimes i spawn as a new character sometimes i spawn with full gear and guy that i had a long time ago, seems like after the patch been going down memory lane revisiting my old deceased characters.

lel I have 40 hours in and I lost my things, its all good, stuff will be reset to implement changes, just go back and gather again, ive lost my items at least a handful of times by now

that's what im saying, clip, magazine, makes no difference , it literally has no bearing on the story, just seem like some got hung up on the fact that I used one word incorrectly. my bad.

once you start restricting things in this game it becomes content driven and immediately loses its mystique, the fun of this game is that it's brutally hard and there is no help, you are your best advocate in this game, as soon as you start messing with stuff or start restricting players from doing what they want you kill the game, its not suppose to be easy its not suppose to be fair, the game being hard as it is makes it so much more interesting, encounters in this game make your heart race, i have never experienced fear like i do in this game, DON'T TOUCH A GODDAMN THING! -

dude i have 40 hours in and yes you get killed once in a while, its the nature of ppl, in the end we are violent, even I sometimes want to go out there and KoS but not noobs or bambies, it takes no skill to kill another player without any gear, i only do battle at NWAF and NEAF and sometimes SWAF, but SWAF is usually full new players trying to gear up so they can start adventuring so i stay away from SWAF. You can rage all you want at this point as there isn't much to do besides get gear, die, repeat. So my suggestion is go out there and make the best of the situation at hand, im sure thats gonna die down once more things are added to occupy your time. -
yeah sound needs a major update, every time i hit something with the axe you get gunfire sound which is startling, other sounds like branch breaks should actually be an indicator for someone in the area or any of the sounds that you hear like the M4 or the Mosin moving on your back, or hopping over a fence, there is no radar and there won't be, there needs to be other ways to be able to pick up on subtle signs of someone near you, games still has loads of development left but spitballing ideas is always productive :D

yeah I just started doing that as well closing doors behind me, and in big towns I mostly stay to the back of the houses they usually have 2 doors so I don't even open the front ones.

Yeah it happens, i never attack noobs, no fun in shooting some one unarmed or new to the game, i dont camp i just run from place to place, i stopped helping everyone cause they just try and beat your ass regardless of noob or vet so i just stay away from ppl in general, so far ive been on the receiving end mostly and im ok with that, like i said just gives me things to do again. I tried to camp once waited 10 min got really tired of it lol kept it moving haha

LMAO ok Im sorry if i got my magazines and clips mixed up, seems like a real rager going on here, anyways, some one mentioned looking for Z's and other clear signs of someone in the area, i did rush it a bit so, it really doesnt matter if he was camping or hopping or sitting in one spot for 3 hours so he could make a kill, what matters is he bested me, however he did it he had the upper hand in that case and I only blame myself for not being cautious. I feel like i learned a lesson from that one encounter, thank you for participating everyone.

Yeah it happens, i dont know if he was camping or just server hopping, but oh well, now i have something to do again lol, i dont get mad after i get killed now i just see how fast i can gear up and i also hoard all the compasess i come across, i dont know why.

I've gotten to a point where i just loot the houses with the Z's in tow they don't bother me, it takes 2 animations for them to turn around. I think of them as sloths just keeping me company while i loot, sometimes i sing to them softly, they sing back.

Possibly, didn't hear any reloading going on or any movement, so it could have been, but still very unexpected, the more I play the more i realise that you can't just run around without a care in the world in this game.

HAHA! "steps on how to get EVERYTHING", step out in to the game and go get everything, there are thousands of informative tutorials online literally, this place alone has tons of information, writing a post like this before actually looking through countless ones like this is just lazy, heres some quick tips, find a bag, find and axe, dont fist fight Z's, stay out of sight, drink and eat. The rest you should be able to figure out.

complaining about server hopping is like complaining about the sun rising, its gonna happen regardless, and i just lost a guy that i had for a week with all pristine parts in a firefight at NWAF, so shit happens, people make frowny faces when you switch servers, but if you're a noob you shouldn't have to play in a nigh server, and go to empty servers and get some decent gear, don't worry too much bout what ppl say here, most of the ones crying foul are the ones to KoS first so dont worry bout hopping around, theres no rules about it just a whole bunch of cry babies, play the game you wanna play.

this aint PvP its PvE ppl just blast each other just so they can take your gear and most of the time they already have all the gear they need, fucking pansy bandit asswipes, I shoot bandit scum on sight with no warnings.
