Double tappng the "w" will make you sprint . Keep it moving until you find an axe, look in barns for that. if you are on the coast, either direction you move in will get you to a big city, but remember stay on the coast and watch out for bandits( they like to snipe noobs, so just zig-zag if you hear shots) anywho, get gear and explore, have fun , its only the beginning!

Was running to gear up at the NEAF, scope the place out, looks clear all doors are closed. Run in to the building check the first floor, loot some stuff. Decide to run upstairs, and I get LIT UP! I mean like full clip, spray and pray, full auto. I got to say it did startle me who ever was up there, that was really sneaky of you I aint even mad.

me and my boy had a firefight in NWAF against a team of 6 we managed to lay waste to 4 of them before we decided to book it and no i dont mean combat log, we started running away cause it was getting intense and i guess one of the better snipers caught me with a shot to the head cause i dropped dead mid stride, my boy managed to get away unfortunately for me not the case, anyways any AF is a hot zone, you dont make friends there you either kill or be killed.

yeah most likely, unless you punched a wall and had a bullet sound FX, most bandits will hang out in coastal towns looking for easy prey so they can just resupply without having to look for anything since new spawns happen to be around the east or south coast, anyways, look for supplies, get yourself an axe, guns are a bit harder to come by now since they are working on balancing loot. Drink, eat, stay healthy and have fun, most encounters always gonna be tense, if you have a weapon and happen to see some one take the gun out to signal that you mean business you dont have to kill no one but always be aware of other peoples intentions and above all else have fun.

tell your friends to learn to let go, its best if you dont name your stuff otherwise its gonna be much harder to part with it. As for PvE there's no such thing. Join less populated servers to gather loot and learn basics, you decide to join a populated server expect to get robed or KoS and then robbed. Other than that, check out the scenery, take some pictures, go for a swim in the ocean, mellow out, this is alpha and as such it has bugs and shit dont work right all the time.

ive learned that people will do just about anything to have an advantage over someone else especially in games, so if some 14 yo wants to dominate, you bet your ass he is going to turn the visuals down just so he can go around killing ppl for no reason. Nothing can be done about this, as long as you give someone a chance to cheat they will take that chance 100%

I came to the conclusion that there are no more nice players out there, if you roam in a group that means you are a hostile force and most likely if you happen upon a single player that pearson will lose all their gear, biggest threat in this game now is running around solo, its not the zombies or that lack of gear its the roaming bands of other players, me and my friend observed quite a few scenarios where a single player was chased down and robbed, this server hopping and combat logging is the least of your worries.

are they planning on adding sniper rifles or other guns that can carry a long range scope?

my character is a girl, they tend to shoot you less on sight cause they think you might be an actual female, now whose a master strateegerist.

it doesn't say it on your screen, if you go to your inventory and look at your character it will say healthy, it will now show up on the bottom left screen. Only in your inventory it will say that you are healthy

I play alone also, sad and lonely full pristine gear looking for other ppl to talk to and not to KoS. Actually at this point I don't know what to do anymore, I don't need food or drink, I would like to trade my fully pristine M4 for a pristine Mosin since loot is very limited im having a hard time tracking one down. So if interested in a small trade hit me up.

the healthy status appears in your inventory menu, and yes its real, i managed to heal my guy yesterday, colors were all washed out and after eating a whole serial box and a box of rice and plenty of water my colors became vivid again, it does work and that was the first time that i was able to do it. Just eat a lot and drink a lot and you will see results.

Ok so heres an interesting phenomenon, I have a character that keeps reappearing back from the dead and this is not the last guy that died, I'm talking about a guy that died maybe 3 or 4 deaths ago. He died when the game ver. was still .30 now its .32, so this has been going for the past 2 weeks while we were in transition to stable hives and characters were being reset left and right. So as of now I have been able to play with my deceased avi and all is well. I just healed him and everything is pristine. I'm not complaining I'm just concerned if the might be taken away or reset again, I clearly understand that i might loose him regardless due to all the resets and refresh and thats fine, I'm Just trying to figure out why would I get that particular avi back. Anyways fingers crossed hope I don't lose this player, please share or comment if anyone is or has experienced a similar situation.

Thats not gonna be available till later in the year, for now i think they were talking about fortifications and vehicles, or at least thats the focus at the moment and making stable hives.

im gonna go home and try this again, yesterday on a night server couldn't find a single thing, thirst is in the red and hunger is yellow, I probably have maybe 20 more min before i have to make a new character.
