    @0.64 Freerider Well, yeah, i think a lot of those people would enjoy this game much! more if some of the values above would get fast tweaked for the start. I mean for now, basebuilding is still, almost 5 months after release, completely, 100% useless, because everyone can just break in, jump in, or guess your code within a few minutes. Also the zig-zagging when running away, the jumping away after beeing hit 5 times, the surviving 5 bullets of 9mm at center mass without a plate carrier (without even going down/unconsious) and other above mentioned things are so annoying, while i think they should be mostly VERY easy to fix. Or at least to temporary fix, before getting a "real" solution... I just hope they are changing this points soon, because me and my mates are already quite frustrated with this. (and i sure we are not alone)

    @DEVS: wouldnt it be easy for you tweak some values? 1. increase Fence and Tower healthpoints by 15x or even 20x (so it doesnt allow a bambi to break in within 1minute, but rather at least 10-20min, with some tool repairing needed,..) 2. make a 4th digit at the codelock (3 digits you can bruteforce in less than 20min) 3. increase the time you need to wiggle free from ducttape by 4x from handcuffs 10x 4. increase the damage values of all bullets by around 20% --> 5. decrease health regeneration multiplieer by 50% for a start, it should take you longer to regain health. 6. increase inertness / weight by 20% - increase the minimum possible radius you can turn while sprinting by 30% (against zigzagging) 7. decrease the ability to jump once you are below 50% health. Only let jump once every max. 10 seconds when you are below 50% of health. 8. increase the damage which tools take when destroying a fence/tower by 25% 9. decrease the possibility of zombies making you bleed and damaging your cloths by 40% 10. increase the height of default fences by 25% so two people cannot just jump over it by using the friend as ladder. 11. decrease the range of nightlights by 25% and the intensity by 40% (if possible inside houses even more)

    What about the client freeze as soon as you get 1km close to another player or countainers? What about tweaks to base destruction, fence health values maybe multiplied by 10 for a start? What about tweaks so blood and health doesn't restore within 3minutes but maybe you need some time and medicine and care of your wounds?

    Thanks for that answer, i know this things take time, and while there are still a lot of bugs and so on to fix, it might not be highest priority. But its good to get reassured from you that you are still working towards this goal. If it is then a few % more or less of the survival and difficulty, doesnt matter. You never can make it fitting for everyone, but i think its clear, that for now we are just far away from it.

    The game looks like its making good progress right now. Thanks for that DEVs. But i miss the survival of this survival game.. Survival would be if you struggle to find enough food and water to survive. If you are really happy that you maybe just cretaed a little garden to feed you for a while as most of the canned food is long gone. If you hopeing to find warm clothing because your life depends on it. Survival is that you hope to get a fire going to just cook the fish you just caught with your self made fishing rod. Its that you are very disappointed that your rabbit trap didnt catch anything and you have to find alternatives to feed yourself.Survival is that if you mange to hunt an animal you for sure make use out every bit of it. Survial is that you dont drop canteens and water bottles because you already got 5 of them, You would love to have every single one of it. Same as backpacks and seeds. Survival is cleaning your wounds you just received so they dont get infected, as you barley survived this wolf attack. Survival is searching or doing anything for a pack of antibiotics.Survival is If you think about killing and eating your best friend with your last bullet to not starve. This is survival. (And no, i am not talking about wrong balancing like having to eat all 15 minutes). Nothing of this is even remotely needed right now. Any word of the DEVs when its planned to get this feeling back?

    Any chance that you guys fix: - gunshots cannot be heared be everyone in the area - often very glitched holding of guns: https://imgur.com/a/PicdEFw - bad FPS in Electro, around or inside police base, shool building (not office at towncenter, but shool) - barrels often cannot be closed and therefor not transported - make bases stronger against destructing them - add a 4th digit to the codelock or add an extra "pull open" option so people cannot bruteforce it within 20min. - make the base fences higher, so at least 2 people cannot jump in within 5 seconds. This glitches are here since ever. Just the bad FPS in Electro were reintroduced in some 0.63 patches. The first 0.63 was perfect FPS everywhere.

    Following your logic: What would be the reason to invest hours and hours of building an actual fence and base when the only defense it has, is to not be detected? Why would someone waste hours of searching nails, cutting trees, finding tools, if everyone who finds your base can just "enter" or destroy it within minutes? It's much easier to hide a few barrels, burry a seachest and place a tent in the middle of a Forrest. And way harder to dedect. So which benefit an actual base will give? I am nowhere saying to make bases impenetrable, but needing hours to build and getting in within a few minutes is nowhere near a logical and useable game balance. Ideas: take a 4 digit codelock. Make hacksaws 20x harder to find and easier to break.

    Easy there. If you wanna write all what is missing or bugged it will take a bit. Just wanted to state the most priority things (i think), for the first few weeks after 1.0.

    1. fix Persistence 2. Make Base building worth somthing (dont let everyone break in, jump in, or guess or break the code lock within 15sec to max. 30minutes) 3. Fix Gun damage (its way too weak for now) 4. fix cars 5. fix gunshots (so everyone can hear them, not just 1 or 2 out of a group of 4) 6. fix server browser (or just put the old, perfectly working one back in) 7. Balance melee (for know baked beans win against knife, always) 8. fix health regain. (for now if you get hit 5 times, just bandage and wait 5minutes, you are as good as new, nice hardcore survival game?) 9. drastically increase the time people can wiggle free from handcuffs, tape and rope 10. get broken limbs and splints back 11. let us place tents even at areas where the surface is not a 100% perfrectly flat ground. Would that be a good start for January?

    Well as long as the 4 gamebreaking ways to get inside bases AND persistence is not fixed, maybe its intended to at least get fast ressources? jump on a friend and then inside - 15 seconds (fix: make the default fence 1meter higher should fix that) Break a part of a lower fence, crawl in - 1 minute. (temporary easy fix, make the things 100 times harder to break, let tools get damaged, need to repair tools, and so on, there is even a mod already which fixes it) Take over a base: guess the code from the lock. - max. 30 minutes its max 999 possibilities. You dont even have to stop scrolling, it will open as soon as you scroll past the correct number. (max. 30 minutes of trying from 000 - 999) (fix: make a 4 digit codelock and/or give it an extra option to "unplug" or smth, once you have your code in. So it doesnt open automatically while you scroll trough the numbers) on official servers -> just server hop inside (temporary fix: dont let anyone spawn inside a closed fence area)

    Completly laggy, doors opening delayd, infected suttering, other players lagging. Didnt help a thing :( Even though i yesterday tried experimental and it was not lagging, even on full servers. Had bad FPS though, but players were running fluid. Maybe there is a difference between EXP Hardware / Database / Network infrastructiure VS. Productive infrastructure?

    So, i was just on EXP - running around in berezino for 10 minutes. killing a few infected, talking to a guy, messing around near police base. Everything was running well at beginning. Suddenly -> my fps go down from 60 to like 40... and for now it stays like this. Btw. F5 animation (handsup) gets you bugged and stuck... again.. :( Comon, how often you fixed this bug already :(

    BIS, seriously. Releasing a 1.0 in this state is not a joke anymore. This. Is. MADNESS! Not only, did you cut a lot of features and contents, no, there are also still loads of gamebreaking bugs in it. (not mentioning smaller bugs) This will be a PR desaster. You know it and still go for it.. Why? - Persistence not working in 1.0 - Zombies spawning right next to you (less than 3 meters!) - Sicknesses (Coughing, Sneezing), NOT curable - coughing and sneezing all 5 seconds, instead of for example all 2 minutes. - Cars still jumpy and buggy as hell - Handsup animation "F5" completly bugged, you get stuck when you press F5 - getting handcuffed while beeing in F2 animation will completly break your character. You have to reconnect AND THEREFOR DIE, to fix the glitched animation. - bugged sun glare in the middle of the screen - occasionally. only a restart of game can fix it. - you cannot refuel a car with bottles and canteens. Only jerrycan is working.

    Yo Raptor. Same as for the PC Dev team: Do NOT announce any dates! no release date, no wishful thinking patch date. Nothing. You guys, fail to hit them anyway at 90% of time, because some "unexpected" problems came in the way. (not meant in a harsh way). So it is much better for PR to not state them until you are 100% sure you are ready with the things. Else you will always disappoint the crowd. The key for PR in software development is to "underpromise and overdeliver". Not the other way around. Just a little hint.
  23. What should bandwith has to do with fps? I rather think its the zombies, or some items / texuture which brings it down to this unplayable levels.
  24. Muuuch Lower FPS since last experimental update? Me and 2 friends noticed a significant drop of FPS in the lastest experimental update. (since 2-3 days). Basicly in towns like electro its nearly unplayable right now. In the experimental version before (the last 2 weeks around), we had way better fps then even in stable. To sum it up: stable: FPS are not perfect but OK experimental before the latest update: FPS were very good - experimantal now (since 2 or 3 days): FPS are very low, partitially nearly unplayable Anyone else noticing the same issue? Is this because of the new zombie spawn?
