Well just make duct tape useful - make craft with a few mag's, i can duct tape even 40, but i don't think i can reload them with one hand. Just make it avaible to add from 1 to 2 mags more(like 3x mags with duct tape, but when you reload you just take first one(from 3), move a little bit right your hand, and insert second,3d etc

This is why loot spawn should be fixed, so items will spawn just randomly, and not when server restarts.After restart there will be spawned like 20% of all loot, then random time for each type of loot.Common-10 minutes, Rare - 1-2 hours repsawn. etc.That's will cut off a lot of hoppers

Sorry for offtop post but..how can i make myself like a friendly, is there some special attributes? Because i met someone in med station, i was checking roof, then went down and saw how someone entered a "appendix room" on 3d flood, i talked, yelled a lot about, even wrote in chat, but he did not came out, i was on the stairs,he even did not saw me and i controlled his only available exit, he did not replied for a few minutes, but i had to go, so after a 20 failures to talk. I went on roof and logged out. I still do not know is am still alive, but he had a panama, all green and probably mosin. Looked pretty adequate, but no reaction...So sad
