    Reducing the M4 spawn-rate is a huge mistake. We have spent many many hours searching for them only to come up empty handed on more than one occasion.

    A friend and I were traveling in an open area near the southern coast when a zombie ran up on me. I drew by rifle and downed it, right after that we heard a gun shot coming at us from nearby. We ran into a nearby wooded section, and were continually fired upon until we were able to escape the area: lesson learned, from now on I'll try and stick to my fire-axe for zombies.
